So i re-routed my power with powerlines and ever since that half my city has no power dispite everything connected to the grid and my Usgae power is 103 MW out of 233 MW availible anyone able to help me with this issue?

Do you perhaps have a large area that is powered by a single power station? The power usage in the overall game info menu shows how much power all power stations are producing and how much your city is using.

If you have a large area separated from most of the power stations and only powered by 1 or 2 stations then that would be your issue.
