As described. My other DLCs are available. It is now well past the point of the MS fix of the original issue of DLCs.
In the MS Store, Industries shows as owned. I try to install, but when beginning a new game, the Industries maps are not available, nor are Industries features available in my current game.

Sorry to hear that have you tried uninstalling game entirely from the console and redownloading it?

I think most have been able to download by now. Thankfully it wasn't an issue on PS either.

I am running the remastered version on the Xbox series s and everything seems to be working fine. Maybe try restarting your console or uninstall and reinstall

What I would try to do is only uninstall and reinstall the Industries DLC. For some reason on Xbox, the game sometimes doesn't recognise some DLCs as being installed. Whenever it happens, only uninstall and reinstall the affected DLCs, but DO NOT uninstall the base game. This should fix it right up.
