It seems that this is a known issue that has been occuring for many months without a fix. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. How can Paradox take people's money when it knows that the game is not playable?

many companys these days don't communicate like they should. The console edition feels like a dropped child. A port to milk money from console players, this has become a habit.
Better read current honest reviews on reddit or on other sources and not on the creators forum or website. Because they censore or hide critical things.
