[Xbox/Win10] Hotels & Retreats update broke cargo train station traffic

[Xbox/Win10/Vanilla-NoDLC] After downloading the Hotels & Retreats update, traffic to/from cargo train stations broke. Certain vehicles that were supposed to return to facility instead circle back and forth between the cargo train station and the road, blocking incoming traffic.

It's not just cargo train stations, but also cargo hubs (cargo harbor with rail connection). Haven't tested everything but perhaps it's all cargo facilities with rail connections that suffer from this issue.

Can confirm that this bug is also present on the PS4 edition.

Can confrim this issue is also present, not seen it mentioned on any other forum yet. Vehicles leave the building then return straight back in and occassion larger vehicles will get stuck in th eentrance and cause the building to break completely. It appears to happen to about 1/10 of vehicles and they leave from the exit.
The City I am using was created before the Hotels update but after the Sunset Harbor update. I use a lot of mods and all major DLC's but have checked for incompatibilities. The bug is only appearing with the Cargo Train Terminal included in the base game. See screenshot of attached issue.
