Funny that restore would do that, unless your registry contained other info than what Paradox puts in, maybe some copy protection issues. ;)
Another example of why we need to keep our CDs organized and safe.
 
How did you read Eu2 to Vic patch in what I said?
 
If you had read the sticky thread that says "*** IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE POSTING HERE *** " then you would know what it means. ;)
