What's your best guess concerning the size of the map in pixels? I was thinking about hand painting (well, digitally with my tablet) a map. I've always wanted to do that for a game, but I would need the best guess concerning the size of the map in pixels. I'll probably double the size of it anyways for insurance, because scaling down is better than scaling up in terms of it appearing blurred. So any guesses??

:)

They are, and it means you can't compare with CK1. Better guess would be to compare with Victoria the Second, divided in 2-4.

Aren't the new maps suppose to be vector-based, not pixel-based?

Hmmm, well I'm not knew to vector graphics, but it does put a cramp in things if it doesn't except pixel based graphics. It doesn't mean I can't do it, since you can also be artistic with vector graphics, but it will just be a bit more difficult in terms of what I wanted to do.

Sounds good :)
