Pavle was sitting there for a while now, hours probably, blindfolded obviously. The thoughts were running in his head. Croatians? British? Germans? Italians? Or was it, god forbid, the communists? This was a coup, no doubt. This was the only thing he knew for sure.
His body shock when he thought of his beloved Belgrade at this time. Is it over run by Hitler troops? Is it bombed by the communists? Did the Italians tried to take the costal provinces? I sure do hope my brave soldiers are taking a stand.
And then, at once, the blindfold was removed from his eyes. He was sitting in a dark basement. Three armed man stood around him. “Who are you people? Where am I? Why did you kidnapped me? Who sent you? Answer me!”, but the guards didn’t seem to understand the language. “Well”, he thought, ”at least it’s not from the inside”. And the he saw him, sitting in a dark spot, his arms crossed. He could not see his face, but he saw the dark man understand, and directed the questions to him.
“Who are you? What do you want? Why am I here?”
The dark man laughed. You would not believe me if I told you who am I. And anyhow it makes no difference. What I want is a different story, And you are here in so I could fill you in with the details. As you might have guessed, this is a coup. Do not fear, I have no intention of killing you. On the contrary, I wish you to remain at your position…just with a little less…hmmm…shall we say, responsibilities? We own the army, and some of the ministers too. If you wish to cooperate, you will be unharmed. If not…well…use your imagination!
Pavle tried to grasp the situation. The army has betrayed me! “If I agree…I will be no more than a puppet! But…what is it that you want?
-“Albania”
“Why do you need Albania?”
-“So I could take Hungaria”
“Why do you need Hungaria?”
-“So I could overpower Bulgaria”
“Why do you need Bulgaria?”
-“So I will be able to defeat Romania”
“Why do you need Ro…”
-“This is getting rather annoying! I need Romania to take over Greece, so I will over run Turkey, in order to get the Black Sea and the west Caspian. I do this in order to have enough resources to be able to get Suez, so I could than take a hold in the Middle East and Africa. And the responsibility of all this will be yours. Responsibility, yes, but also the fame, and the glory! That is, if you cooperate.”
“And if you will fale?
-“well, than, my friend, YOU will fail. Probably you’ll get murdered by your own people, or executed by your enemies. You must choose now. MY Yugoslavian troops are already marching thru Tirana and Debrecen.
“All right than, I will cooperate. It is better for the people. I assume you will go ahead with this crazy plan of yours with me or without me…So I’ll do that…but let me tell you one thing…”
Before Pavle completed the sentence, he blacked out, only to wake up a few hours later in his bed. For a moment there, he was sure it was all just a bad dream. But the newspaper headline, witch was on his desk, made it all so clear: “Onward Yugoslavia! Hail Karadjordjevic!”
Within 3 months since the begining of 1936, Albania and Hungary as been annexed to my Yugoslavia. Before 1937 Bulgaria fell after an easy batlle. Attack on Romania came right after Bulgaria was annexed. I can safely say that by this point, Romania gave the best fight. Unfourtunaly for them, their VP provinces where all near my border, so I had to take just 4 Provs in order to annex.
The greek gave a hell of a fight, especially in the island of Crete, so defeating them took a while. I conquered mainland Greece after 3 months of fighting, mainly around athens. after getting all mainland there where 6 Greek divisions on Crete, who prevented annexasion. I let them eat up all supplies for a while, and than attacked Ampibiously with 4 divs. Greece fell February 1937. Took me a few months to regroup, supress partisans and build up my forces. mid-1937 I attacked Turkey and advanced rapidly to the east. before 1938 Turkey was annexed to the Yugoslav Empire

Northern units began strategic redeployment at the Soviet northern border in former-Romania.”
There could be no mistake…He’s just crazy!! Massing troops in Soviet borders?? He was serious about the black sea…But we could never defeat the Red Army!
I had a few years of peace and I used them to build up significantly. I spent a lot of hard earned cash on building my relations with Germany, Italy and UK. those damn Italians kept demanding teritory, and it came to a point wich I planed to flod Northen Italy and advance all the way thorough their nation, only to sue for peace for northen reach provinces later. The plan fell when I realised this would cause a German attack on me (Though it could have worked, I outnumbered Italian army, and they had many Militia and Garrisons, and forces in Africa...)
Just before Barbarosa, I agreed to the Pact of Steel with the Germans (Although, the nation is not National Socialist). MY troops where allready massed in the Soviet borders, and I begun my advance into red provinces. By January 8th, 1941, I captured some extremly reach Ukranian provinces (Huge amounts of Metal and Energy)
The war against the Soviets is extremly difficault for my nation. TC suffered extrem over-use, and the dissent rates where somewhere is the 30%, because of the pact with Germany. In spite of all of that, the advance continued in both east (turkey -> Kuakas) and west (romania -> Ukraina)
Slow German advance allowed me to take large amount of land. I akso got some key provinces unfer my control, like Kiev and Stalingrad, alongside with some Usefull provinces like Tablisi and Baku. You can see the TC and Dissent huge rates.
Before September 30th, 1941, I managed to reach a good defencive position deep inside Soviet Union. reached 2 major rivers, witch betwin them is the fortified Stalingrad. I will hold my progress for a few months and maintain the line in order to reinforce my army and re-arange the lines.
I'll let the Germans to continue alown for now, my army need rest and reinforcment badly. They allready took Moscow, and they make a slow but steady advance in the north.
I sure do hope Japan will not enter the alliance. Those dumb Japanese are fighting Both Allies and US, and I sure do not wish to see American marines on my coast lines, who I can't guard.

The british are giving me hell in south Turkey, and keeping that border is proving to be extremly difficault. If there was no mountains there Brits where surely invading succesfuly.
Partisan activity in newly occupied provinces is huge, especialy in Ukraina, 60+%. This makes TC problem, and I have no way to deal with it, atleast not during the war.
