I agree with you mate. It's not a theory it's a fact. However implementing it in the game would be difficult. Especially since yugoslavia in game doesnt seem to be as neutral as in RL. In fact in game it's USSR leaning, while in RL it was one of the mayor Neutral countries. This makes it less probable that they would be willing to trade with the USA. I doubt it will be implemented, though it would be nice.
