It came up rather suddenly just as the round was starting, and I made Health aware of it once role pms were distributed. I also tried to get subbed out from the Big round....


My main point though doesn't have to do with me, but that this zombie list does indeed capture legitimate cases of RL issues in it's net, as Wagonlitz claimed.

I also question the validity of a list intended to improve WW play that happens to include two highly respected WW players (Euro and Cap)

This was a rather interesting read, and witch hunts can only go badly and due to that I want to ask something. Can you name the thread werewolf: Zombie Thread, or something along those lines so that the witch hunts in here wont affect other games on this forum.

The lack of reading comprehension on these forums is disturbing. I have said, not once, but many times, that the list isn't finished. In its finished form, it will target notorious zombies, not players who dropped out once due to unforseen circumstances. But, of course, it's easier to get riled up instead of just reading my posts.

I am so glad this warning is clear and visible in you're first post, that has this list of unvetted suspects. I'm sure the warning label saying, "This list isn't done, don't take it seriously" will be clear and easy to locate!

Or maybe not. Doesn't seem to be much equivocation here. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it generally considered poor practice to give out a list of suspects before you've had a chance to check their stories? Is it really too much to ask that you not go around posting random names onto a registry of shame without confirming they "deserve" to be there.

Speaking of whether this list should even exist in the first place, if you're stated intention is to improve the quality of the WW community and the general atmosphere, starting a witch hunt and insulting people who dare take you're OP at face value seems ineffective at best. And your methodology needs serious work if you're current system has a 50% false positive rate.

That's not what a false positive rate is. It's be a false positive of 50% if he put down down half of the total players who are not zombies on his list. It's more like 5% if two of his current list are not real zombies and there are forty total non-zombie players. Not that that's a good rate, false positives should be kept very low if the trait you want to identify is rare.

This list is a joke. I mean, EURO? Come on! All this ranting and witch-hunting about zombies is why I quit werewolf back in the day.
