Zones and unlock all mod broken

When the building start to build they just dissappear while of after it is built
I also can't use the unlock all mod as it just breaks the game and the terrain just dissappears

If you still get this problem after removing or replacing any bad ones, attach here the game's log file:

…\Steam\steamapps\common\CitiesSkylines\CitiesData\output_log.txt

AND an affected saved game file.
