I watched a tutorial on YouTube, but it seems that this mod is no longer working because all the menus appear to be completely non-functional. I tried a solution I read here, but my game crashed when I tried to open the Zoning Toolkit menu again, and I had to disable it through the website

Asum8r is on to something. When i remove the mod, add back, open my save i can modfiy the zoning on roads. Some roads do not behave correlty as you set zoning on left but it will do right.
When you click the road menu, possibly any menu, the mod no longer can select roads. Then you can remove the mod, add back, open yuor save and it works again until a menu selection.
Workaround until it is fixed (thanks to SShiJie for the post further down which mentioned this): If you use Find It's magnifying glass first and then click on the zoning toolkit it will work as expected.
Is this to be done everytime a person wants to use Zoning toolkit or just once at the beginning?
I tested using the find it search. Yes everytime you change the menu to something else and go back to zoning toolkit you have to slect find it again, the search window ill open, and then the toolkit will be able to change the zoning.

Hi, this mod doesn't work for me when updating existing road. I can't follow the procedure and select the road. I tried with an empty road connected to nothing.

The mod isn't working on existsing roads (even when there's no buildings or painted zones) :/ the "update road" function does nothing. Sadge

They have said YES, just wait, also theres a work around you can use if you have the mod ' Find It' click on the finding glass icon and then the Zone it switch icon, it works for me
Well the mod owner said he was looking into updating the mod last week. It's a popular mod but unfortunately the slowest updates every time there is a new patch. It's frustrating for many.
