Zoroastrian events don't fire

Description​

Been waiting for 20 years for the other Zoroastrian events to fire when playing as Ardabil and becoming Persia. I selected "Tolerate their studies in secret" option for "The Zoroastrian study" event. The next events with the prophet and aristocracy have a mean time of 6 months and 120 months to occur but haven't done so. All of my mods are strictly cosmetic and I am playing an Ironman game.

Steps to reproduce​

Select "Tolerate their studies in secret" option for "The Zoroastrian study" event when playing as Ardabil and becoming Persia

The next events with the prophet and aristocracy have a mean time of 6 months and 120 months to occur but haven't done so.

Waiting 20 years for an event which has an MTTH of 10 years happens in 25% of the games. So it isn't really unlikely that you didn't get the event Aristocratic Interests of Zoroastrianism yet. There are multiple prophet events. Do you mean The Zoroastrian Prophet (flavor_per.58)? It requires that you choose the option "Nonsense. This man shall visit us in the court first!" in the event The Prophet of [target_province.GetName], but that event can only happen if you either choose "Promote their studies." in the event The Zoroastrian Study (which you didn't do) or that you already got the event "Aristocratic Interests of Zoroastrianism" and choose "Approve the [Root.GetNobilityOrFallbackName]'s attitude.". If you would have chosen to promote the studies, you could have gotten the prophet event and if you would have reduced the MTTH of "Aristocratic Interests of Zoroastrianism" from 10 years to 1 year.
