Pavia, I have a couple tangential questions:

1) There's a limit of 3-10 locations per province. Is there such a limit for provinces per area, and for provinces per region?
2) Actually, are there even Regions in this game? If yes, what are they used for?
2) Location sizes have a range of 1/3 to 3x the size of the location's neighbours. Does the same apply to provinces and areas?
3) In an earlier DD, Johan said areas have 25-75 locations. Is that a hard limit you previously estipulated (similar to provinces' 3-10), or just the min and max values your current setup has? That is, is it fair game to suggest areas with even lower/higher density?
1. Not really at the moment.
2. Yes, over Areas we have Regions, Subcontinents and Continents. They're geographical boxes, which are used for different gameplay purposes.
3. No, we only check that at the location level.
4. Soft value.
5. It's always fair to suggest feedback if you think that it makes sense, geographically and historically-wise.

@Pavía do you confirm that is one SoP per culture, but the name of the SoP does not coincide with the relative culture, right?

I'm asking bc I want to know if they are new cultures not shown or just different names. Thanks
1. There might be more than one SoP per culture.
2. Naming of the SoP(s) and the culture may not coincide.

What's with the new map colouring? The trade mapmode looks absolutely hideous now. As do the development and terrain mapmodes
As a game in development, we test things out, to see if they work better, or not.

Okay thanks. Then:
1) no need to call it Staro-scherbinovskaya because it means Old- and there is no Novo- on the map. Minus 5 letters is a boon for readability.
2) Shcherbinovskaya may be changed into Shcherbinovka (unless it clashes with another Shcherbinovka somewhere else) because a) it's shorter, b) that's what the locals call the place.
Thanks, changed!

@Pavía Does Goth belong to the same culture group as Greek, Pontic and Cappadocian? also it is very likely that Theodoro was a vassal of Trebizond in 1337 together with the rest of the Parateia since we don't know the precise year in which it was created but we know that it was around this period and it used to be part of Trebizond, so it would make sense to have it as a vassal of it.
1. They belong to the same group, yes.
2. I remember checking this, there isn't clear data about it, so I was more inclined to consider that it hadn't fallen yet into Trebizond's sphere of influence.

why this region is more developed than Russia? it was a place of constant fights between Mongols and Russians and was called Wild Stepps because there was no law, no control, nothing, nobody lived there. Im talking more about Regions of Tambov, Sloboda Ukraine and Samara

Probably because of the terrain, we'll review that.

Btw regarding SoPs can they become tributaries of landed countries like the Sámi were?
In theory, yes, although there are some things that we yet have to review regarding this.
