How many situations are there currently added and roughly how many are planned to add?

13 are fully finished, and we have ideas and plans for MANY more..

Does the reformation also involve a Situation?

yes

Like the french one? yeah, thats the plan..

will it include other serieses of wars that arent much as big like galicia-volyn wars or northern wars over the baltic? also will all situations be historical like no berber nation managing to conquer iberia and then fighting over france against england

no

Watch, there will be an achievement for “As Máo, unite China and get the Mandate of Heaven”.

we have not even started thinking about achivements yet

How small can a "situation" be? Would something like the Breton succession war (which started in 1341, so only 4 years after the game start) be fit for one, with a French faction vs an English faction?

Thats other mechanics.

Would colonial independence movements be a situation?

thats an idea we have atm.

Would stuff like the reformation or the discovery of the new world be classified as a situation?

reformation is a situation

The discovery of the new world was done by Leif Eriksson about 337 years before the start of the game in Project Caesar.

Will there be a Situation for the collapse of the Delhi sultanate?

yes

I hope there are generic "War of Succession"

Succession Wars are normal gameplay mechanics

Will there be situations for later in the timeline too? Things like the 30 Years War, revolutionary wars in the Americas, or the rise of Napoleon (or some alt history version of Napoleon at least)?

yes. the important things will be there.

Could the Spanish unification be a situation? It would exist at game start and it would involve all the Iberian powers and Morocco. It would end either when either Portugal or Aragon are in a PU with Castile (Castile should be necessary as they were too big) and they conquer Granada and Navarre, or when one of the powers simply conquer most of Iberia (a Muslim reconquest would fit here).

This would allow for dynamic forming of Spain with either a West focus or an East focus and allow special incentives to claim the other thrones through marriage.

We have considered it, but we think that we might better portray Spain's unification with other mechanics.

A question: do all states gain instant knowledge of the Black Plague and are able to act against it? E

no

Does this mean that we are going to have Ages like in eu4?

yes

Also, about Italy: any chanche to see "guelphs and ghibellines"? It was kind of an important thing down here for about two centuries...

Situation are an historical narrative using mechanics.

Are there general situations that could happen to any country, like an interregnum or civi war?

No. What you descibe are generic mechanics

Situations are big historical narratives involving multiple countries.

By that, you mean just the spain like the one IRL (Castille and Aragon), or it can be achieved by other nations? Will we have more than one way of doing it?

The idea is for any Iberian Christian* nation to be able to unify Spain.

*Granada would be able to form al-Andalus if conquering the Christian lands.

What? The Italian Wars happen in the 16th century, 200 years after the start of the game.

Technically started during the end of the 15th centrury...

So it's not possible for the Italian Wars to trigger if, say, an italian power grows too strong?

if by "too strong" you mean "france, iberia or emperor don't dare declare war on any italian"
