Just a note that DLT is changed in the US this year... Couple weeks early in the spring and a couple weeks later in the fall... (Thanks 'president' Bush...)
It may be foxclocks is running under the old rules...? It shows my home time and CST just fine... (Currently -4 GMT/UTC)

AFAIK, it is 15:00 CST, 21:00 GMT, and 22:00 CEST.
