Edit: "wadn't" isn't a typo in that sentence.

I hope so, games with Ironhead in are usually more fun - often fun in the Dwarf Fortress sense but still fun.
 
Have you put in Ironhead or not, because if you assigned him a powerful role and he doesn't join, that could greatly imbalance things, don't get me wrong, I'd love him to join but you should wait for him to say whether he is or not
