In my opinion China should be yellow. Since Japan is red, China could use the "darker" yellow that in vanilla stands for Japanese.

Its great to see this mod alive again, GG. Although I have to admit I dont like the entire setup in North America, US easily winning a war againt the Brits at they height of their power isnt the most plausible outcome. Some sort of cold war on US-Canada border seems more fun and realistic.

Ofcourse this is just a proposal, I also like your setup, and that should be easily modded even with my limited skills.

Hello!

As I saw in version 0.61 there is none truly historical alternative for Polish ministers and so. Therefore I presume that Alternative Russian Poland would be great cherry on this pie. Together with some friends we have managed to secure some informations that could be useful in preparing Congress Poland for this mod. So without delay I will post my proposition and ask ya fellow modders what do ya think about it?

Changes to our timeline
- Lack of Russian brutality did not brought the January Uprising (1863 - 65) and thus Kingdom still exists with autonomy
- 1900 - Youngest brother of Nicolas have been apointed Duke of Poland by their father on the terms that made Mikhail hereditary and almost independent ruler (yet still Russian Imperial Army have full power over Polish Forces and Tsar "ukaz" have its power also).
- 1904 - Michael marries Princess Beatrice of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. (and from then known as Beatrice Mikhailovna)
- 1908 Elder son of Michael is born, he is named Contantine Iwan (polish: Konstanty Jan)
- 1914 - Roman Dmowski becames the head of Council of State
- 1916-18 Socialist Terrorists break peace, Martial Law is declared, The leader of Terrorist group Dr. Jozef Pilsudzki is executed along with other local leaders of group (I honestly like Pilsudzki no hard feeling friends)
- 1919 - peace fully restored
- 1924 - "Meltdown" in Russian Domination policy in Kingdom. Polish officialy as second language.
- 1925 - New Contitution with reforms based on those of Russia.
- 1926 - New Reform of Education, Polish as second language in teaching yet Russian is still official language in school.
- 1930 - The Ruskopolska Organizacyja Młodzieży is born (Russo-Polish Youth Organization), Members swore their lifes to Polish-Russian Eternal Brotherhood.
- 1935 Warsaw have won right to organise Panslavic Congress and it will be held on 15th of March, 1937.

Also a change to Polish claims (see:PTEAP THREAD PAGE 80 )
Stanislawow and Tarnopol have great Ruthenian majority and because of it Russia have to gain it in outcome of war, also the Counciil of Dukedom is controlled mainly by politics influenced by Roman Dmowski (he opted for borders similar to Curzon line), Lwów/Lviv is definietly Polish.

I hope so too. ;] I almost got completed minister sets (with pictures) for Paternal Autocrats and Social Democrats. Also i have found picture of Namestnik's Palace, with statue of Ivan Paskevich, that would be cool background of Warsaw province.

Actualy this flag I have used is based on Panslavic motive proposed by the Pan-Slav convention in Prague in 1848. See more at ---> HERE <---

Erm... Poland is constituent part of Russia, isn't it? Its flag should be based on Russian one IMO. But certainly not the St. Andrew's Cross

As far as I remember the flag with blue cross was only used in Crimean conflict by Congress Poland marine. Ermmm Poland is quasi independent state with personal union with House of Romanow as its Eternal Rulers. Why quasi idependent? Just after Organic Statute of the Kingdom of Poland was abolished and begin of January Uprising there was an time called "Sewastopol Meltdown" (after Crimean war). Alexander II was rulling his country then and he "gave back" all autonomous right to Kingdom. And just because there were no January Uprising provoked by Russian brutallity we have here Congress Poland with Mikhail as Namiestnik, Grand Duke of Poland - notformally one true and hereditary ruler over land of Poland (Nicholas is still King of Poland - remember that). I know an Russian proverb that says "Chicken is not an bird , Poland is not foregin country". So Congress Poland is slightly less than puppet state with right for own diplomacy and slightly more than an autonomous region.

Here's my suggestion on the flag:

White band is wider than other two so that it's more difficult to confuse the two flags. And the CoA is also included to make it more different from Russian one.
