If we lack Pepsi, Azzi and Morlak then we should have me, Geo, Mighty G, Hax, Craton, Fancy and Kybernomad. That is 7 people which is minimum.
So if those people come (or some subs or new players) we will be able to play tomorrow.
About 25th December - we will probably cancel this session because I guess even less people would come. We will see.

According to another rule, Germany can DoW anybody from 1st Jan 41. Which, of course, includes those you mentioned.
Japan, China and SU can DoW anybody from 22nd June 41. Also, Germany is obliged to DoW SU on 22nd June 41 and Japan is obliged to DoW the USA on the 7th Dec 41.
