Wolves often like to spread their votes around. The odds of there being a baddie lurking in a list of otherwise known goodie voters are pretty decent, usually.

Mostly that is IRL reasons. If someone turns to a real zombie then odds are slightly in favour of him being a villager but we've had wolf zoombies and even a seer zoombie too.What about non-voters?
