Cpt. Kiwi, your assumption is wrong. With 3 weak cards I would have not been comfortable with just 1 or 2 more weaks to pass this.

Considering that the raiders just moved (which IIRC gives us 7 in Foxtrot and 4 in Echo), they might make a better target. We have to hope that they won't get activated again during the next crisis.

Shooting one Raider wouldn't help much. The only alternative would be to sacrifice a couple of Vipers to hold them up, really. On the other hand, disabling a basestar will stop them nuking or boarding us before we can jump out of Dodge.
 
It depends on what he has in his hand. With a SP available I'd go for Pegasus' Main Batteries which should kill more than 1 Raider. I just feel that the fighters are the more immediate threat.

I could at best throw in 2 weak cards, but I would much rather hold on to them for later test, given how low our card counts are right now. I think we should take the OR option and skip the skill test.
 
I think we should try to develop better dice (see here), lest the humanity is doomed. I could contribute 1 weak card to this check so let's just be realistic

pick the second option.

And Jopi, you really need to practise your aim. Two rolls with SP and all you manage are to hit your own ship (and the part you're in to boot) and empty space?
 
Seeing how it now Helo's first turn, all that will happen now is Capt. Kiwi get some cards and we get another crisis. That is after the raider try and shoot at things. Why do I forsee a long string of natural 8s?
