I'm well aware of the outing. But I'm not going to vote for Adamus. Firstly it's not going to make any difference, secondly yet again the JL has made an outing at the beginning of the day. Originally my main concern against this was the lack of voting information we received. I'm not so much worried about that now. I have no idea how many baddies are left but I would guess very little, and I feel pretty confident my side will win the game.
My point is that me, and I suspect many others, have been reduced to spectators in this game. I don't blame Paendrag et al for doing their job (clearly they're doing it very well) but because of the way the outings have been so early, it completely ruins any interest in the game for everyone who's not in the JL or a wolfpack. As long as the JL makes an announcement early in the day then there is simply no point in me playing this game, and therefore I won't vote for the approved candidate, and would humbly ask Paendrag to please delay the outings, not to get more voting info but simply to give villagers like me something to actually do.
Of course, maybe its just me. Perhaps other non-JL villagers are having an amazing time, and if so please correct me. But somehow I doubt it.
I feel sorry for EURO for the way this game has turned out, I doubt he would have wanted a straight out battle between a united JL and the wolves, but that's the way it has been. Again, I have nothing against the members of the JL, they're just playing the game to the best of their ability and they're probably having an enjoyable game, but I'm just pointing out that JL's like this make the game much more boring for everyone else. (Having not played werewolf for several months maybe this type of game isn't very common, I don't know. If its a one-off occurence then maybe its not a big deal.)
Ages ago there used to be a greater emphasis on reducing the influence of the JL in Big games, from GM's like White Daimon especially. Perhaps I should've waited to say this until the game was over, but I think there's a need to re-evaluate the role of the JL in werewolf and hopefully to take some steps to try and make it less powerful in future: maybe it was just the fluke of Paendrag's SA being activated, or perhaps the fairly traditional set-up EUROO7 has gone for could be modified slightly to make games like this less common. Obviously this discussion should be left until this game has run its course.

Rant over. Apologies if I've sidetracked the game a little, but there doesn't seem to be much discussion going on.

Since you've left we've tried to reduce the influence of the JL in Lite, with mixed success. The current proposal from AOK is to only let the seer scan every second night, starting night 0. But this sort of thing has become all too common in Big, too. Although this one is probably worse than any other game in terms of outings, have we had a single day without some form of instruction?

 This game is laughably easy

I've never been as concerned about the JL's in Lite, sometimes they're all-powerful but generally I can live with it. However, if there is a way to nerf it without drastically altering the dynamic of Lite (which is IMHO near perfect, as long as there is an active roster) it would be interesting. I did read your proposal in the general thread a few months back, but I'll leave any more detailed discussion until after this game is concluded.
No, I don't think there has. By a curious, and in hindsight annoying, twist of fate the one day the JL didn't have any information, AVN went ahead and made up his own

If anyone has the time, could they compile a list of the remaining people, and the roles of the dead people? And also, what day is it? I have absolutely no idea.
I live in hope. In the hope that today might be an outing free day. At the very least, we may have some choice.

Also note there is one no-kill still not accounted for; and a witness outing should be in the cards if he/she/it is present.

Pack A hunts on even nights. Pack C hunts on odd nights.

Nights 0, 1, 3, and 7 were no-kill nights. 0 and one of the other three have been explained. So are we looking at another one or two turned Pack C wolves?

Thank you very much AVN :)
23 players left, out of the original baddies we have killed 3 cultists, a sorcerer and 3 wolves. Still a good few out there, potentially. With two packs there should be 1/3 of the starting players as baddies, which in this translates to roughly 12, perhaps slightly lower. Still we're probably looking for at least 3, possibly up to 5/6 original baddies, and then there's turns and apprentices. So still there's potential for a close game, the question is will it be active or interesting.
Unfortunately I am way too tired to do any in-depth analysis, that's all I can manage tonight.

At this point I am able to list all the wolves.

You guys are too obvious.
