Shaytana (1) - I do hear you... laptop screens are the worst. I have been working on a book on this thing and unfortunately my eyes feel like they get worse every day, hah. For now, I'll let you get back to your regularly scheduled workings.
Sleight of Hand - Hugin or Munin? ;P
Shaytana (2) - Wow, Arianism was much more successful in this timeline. I like how the Cathars' will have quite a struggle ahead of them.

A few thoughts; having Brettish powers pushing into Normandy might be interesting. Are the Saxons in Wessex this timeline unconverted pagans? The Unctionist/Semi-Pelagian/Solar Christian divide is real nice, and although you expressed some reserve, it should lend itself well to the game. And please do add Frisians, it feels odd not having them in vanilla; sort of like the Norn culture or the huge gap where various statelets should be in west Africa (if memory serves, Ghana should be strong but weakening until the Sosso seize control). It's too bad some areas have had to be merged in the Baltic, but I trust your judgement... And you can always break them back into small states again later if need be.

Let me sleep first, then I will see if I can recall any key families from the area. You may have to manufacture some, or edit smaller families into positions of power.
