The setups in Big are hidden on purpose. It is possible to guess at this, but only the GM will know the exactl number. A good pointer is that there would be around 1/3 baddies at game start.
This. Probably 8/9 baddies, many variations are possible but a common possibility would be 2 packs of 4, each with 3 wolves and a cultist, maybe with a sorcerer thrown in.

No, we have something to gain. A leader-lynch would give us at least one more baddie.

By that math, Marty's a baddie as he has the opportunity to change his vote and avoid the possible leader lynch but isn't.

O-kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...

I propose we look at the jpr voters or the late TSP voters during what I like to call "Day everything went bonkers"

So, jpr voters: Adamus(not a wolf), Cymsdale(advocated jpr voting), EUROO7(priest), telesien(??), tamius23(was actually the 2nd voter, but Ciry messed the count up), The Super Pope

And late voters on TSP: Tonkatoy(as far as I understand, he had some difficulty amidst this chaos), E_L(very silent, as always), marty99(twice self-outed GA), Kiwi(he got some sort of enlightenment which allowed him to see all. I still don't get it)

I'd let Tonka slide as a noob. Who I find suspicious: Cymsdale, telesien, E_L, marty and Kiwi. Well, okay, I only find Kiwi suspicious because I can't figure out this huge thing he's figured out, but he's low on the list anyway.

Vote E_L

It's always the silent ones...

The moment Super Pope outed jpr, I guessed jpr would out himself as either priest or seer. Either it would be the truth, or the perfect move for a baddie.

As for being a late voter on Super Pope, time zones. Speaking of which:

I know, but I didn't want the baddies to know that. I was hoping there might be a baddie leader who leader-lynched and vote-sniped, I planned to vote-snipe away from jpr in case of that, saving the seer and nailing the wolf that sniped.
But I have to run in the Belfast marathon tomorrow and the deadline's not until after midnight so I just realised I won't be online to do that so...

While I normally might be pro-anything that finds wolves, that trap is risky and relies on you being a better sniper than the baddie. I wouldn't be sure of that if I were you. :p

Not with esemesas on the other side :ninja:

I'm usually a pretty good sniper. I sniped to victory in my first ever Lite. But I have messed up due to my internet connection cutting out before. And Kiwi makes a good point.

While esemesas is normally a good sniper, he is already on the wrong side. Not much room to snipe from there. :p

Lots of people are pretty good snipers. To dabble in this sort of thing, you need to be top notch.

That was a very fun game.

It even came with a book recommendation.
Did you finish it? The going East part isn't quite up to the going West part.

I made it to a little after Salt Ole and the attempt on Orm's life, and then grad school stuff has mostly put a pause on reading anything I actually want to read. But I will be resuming it in the coming days.

The stuff about the bell and, especially the necklace was quite fun.

I'm still impressed with how humorous so much of it is. One almost wishes that Orm & associates had an extended series of books. I could read more of it and not get exhausted with it.

sounds like an interesting book whats it called?

Lord of the Bells and Salt: A Viking Necklace Saga in 5 acts.

Kidding, In English, The Longships by Frans G. Bengtsson.

It's actually two books (Westward bound and Eastward bound) but they are usually bundled together. The sad thing is that Frans G. Bengtsson only wrote those two novels as far as fiction goes. On the other hand side if he had been like Turledove we might have been sick of the same old, same old viking stories?
