I sure he won't mind being cuckolded!

As long as your family is a tree not a pole.
Well, it did do a nice little wirl between My char and him.
and when I was unable to marry her (I'm a sick bastard, I know, had nercromancer, cruel, lustful, hedonist traits among other "not so good ones") I married her to some other person.
EDIT: and now that I remember, 2/3 children she had were mine ^^, only one genius though :(

Do I have to be a republic to form the titular East Empire Company? I can't seem to form it with my emperor, even after going down to 1 duchy title held and having loads of prestige/favor.

Is this mod incompatible with non-english versions of CK2 or did I just fail to install the mod properly? All of my buttons are a complete mess and most provinces are just names "prov 80" or something like that. I got the Legacy of Rome DLC installed and I've also installed the fix for large screens. I do not have any other mods than Elder Kings.
Does anyone has an idea how to fix this?

PS: I hope this is the right thread for my question.

Are you using the latest Steam version? The mod is not GamersGate compatible anymore.

Wir haben keine deutsche uebersetzung, das Mod ist im augenblick nur auf englisch. Du kannst gerne dabei helfen, es zu uebersetzen :)

We don't have a german translation at the moment. You could help translate it though if you would like.

It still is compatible with the last GG version as there hasnt been a CK2 patch since.

Oh my bad - I thought Paradox had already shipped the latest patch already.

They have; 2.0.2 was the last GG compatible patch, 2.0.3 is steam only but it only changes the executable so 2.0.2 and 2.0.3 mods should be compatible with both versions.

I use the steamversion yes.

I'm not sure, if I got you right. The problem is not, that the mod it self is English - this would not be such a big problem to me. The problem that all buttons in the menu in ingame are completly mixed up. Like this

pcj6.jpg

The first row of buttons says: Credits, Click on the country, whose histo..., Diplomacy
The second row: New game, Save gam, Imperial capital, Piety, your rep...

Will it fix if I chang my CK2 you the English version of the game or did I something else wrong?

PS: Wegen der Übersetzung: Gibt es denn ein Übersetzungsteam? Eine ganze Mod auf eigene Faust zu übersetzen, wäre doch ein wenig viel glaube ich

Changing your language to english will fix the issue yeah, it's because we don't have the english strings translated into german for the most part that you're seeing this issue.
We don't have anyone on a translating team, I'm the only german speaker on the team and if I'm honest I'm lazy on translating it all as I'm not just doing localisation but a bit of everything (mostly scripting right now); it's quicker being a native english speaker for me to just type out the line in english and move on to the next part of the script. I fully support translating initiatives though so if you want to post about translating in the german subforum that'd be great.
I was contacted by an individual who was translating with some others into french too but that was awhile ago before 0.1.4 and I haven't heard from them since which is a shame.

Edit: Du musst das mod in C:\Users\<user>\Dokumente\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\ installieren und mit keinem anderen mod spielen.
You need to install the mod to <path> and don't play it with any other mods.

I put it in this folder. The textfile named DoNotPutModsHere was kind of clear-cut... Ok! Then I know what I need to do.

Concerning the translation thing: The main problem will be, that I do not have any idea of CK2-modding. I once made a mod for Medieval2 Total War, but that's all. So I'd need to find a tutorial first...

"Little stuff like this" are often localisation errors. Feel free to submit as many as you find to the Bug Tracker.

I do not understand but also it looks like Maormer temple holdings are called baronies. Should little stuff like this be a bug report?

Baronies, yes.
exin is one of the dev team who wanted to give Orgnum a fancy title, I'm not sure why High Fane, if it has any relevance to lore or not.

The Velothi and presumably other heresies have the same problem with temple titles called baronies, countys and duchies, there was atleast another but I haven't remembered it yet. It's just the localisation not having been got to yet but still worth mentioning
