Maybe that will teach you to get your family hidden in the countryside! Or you could just do an Eleanor of Brittany and imprison them, throwing away the key (Also makes for great claims material after you educate them to your faith and culture, marry them to your family, and push their claims [How I made Jewish Sweden ^_^]).
