The Day of the Eight Emirs.
'Twas a bright, sunny Thor's Day morn', 'till the ol' Emir Ghiyasaddin was murdered. 'Is brother Nimr called hi'self Emir, but 'e never did notice young Abd standing behind him wit' that there knife. And silly Abd, always liked 'is drink he did; called hi'self Emir for a whole twenty two minutes, he did. 'Till his cousin Dunqas served him hemlock 'stead of mead. Dunqas though, never was a bright one was he, silly man went and did drank the hemlock hi'self, I heard 'e raised a toast to his new wealth, 'twas all they wrote for him. Aljawad, now he was a clever one, ruled as Emir right through 'till dinner-time, 'till that son of his killed him over 'is pie plate. Course young Adam put 'is trust in Uncle Rahma, men say 'e stuck Adam deep while Adam was still sticking his ol' pa.

A merchant came through the village 'ta other day too, said t'was all Rahma's doing, all of it. No man can be that devious, can he?

AI shenanigans, got themselves executed by the Caliph, but apparently they did it in inheritance order?

Looks like your character commited suicide. :D but I don't think that's possible without cheat (I may be wrong tho.)

Hehe, actually it was a weird battle event. I was sieging a castle with King Stanislaw at the head of the army, when this event I havent seen before pops up. Went like "Ok, here we go, this is the battle of all battles, the enemy is coming out of the castle to meet us, lets battle aaarrrggggg!" 2 options available, 1 was to instantly die in battle, 2 was a 60% chance to get maimed & 40% chance to die. I took the 2nd option, for a chance to not die & instantly died :D.

Not the most unusual of screenshots, compared to some crazy maps, but I do love when random, unrelated events link together.

Young Despot Porphyrios, ascended to the throne not even half a week old when his father died from an incapacitating head injury. No father figure to raise him right, his Frankish mother embezzling royal funds... Thankfully, his tutor steered him down the right path, raising him in his father's absence to be a diligent, gregarious king-in-making. Unfortunately...

Come on, it was his first time :p

A meager twelve years of age and the young king has to be a father before he's even fit to rule the kingdom.

His noble tutor dies infirm, leaving the education of Porphyrios undetermined. He's 15 by now, diligent, zealous, honest, gregarious, and fantastic diplomatic tact. For his final year of study, he will focus instead on the stewardship of rulership. Who in the realm would be most qualified? The Baroness that hooked up with him in a drunken fling when he was just a boy. Typically, she taught him to let loose, indulge, and enjoy life, enforcing his gluttony.

No worries. A few ways to take care of that. The boy has become a man, and now it's time to carve out his own destiny! History will forever remember--!

...oh. Live fast, die young, leave a pock-marked corpse.
