The New Years public holidays here are the 1st and 2nd, though the partying starts on the evening of the 31st of course.

Since the 25th and 26th are also public holidays and they get Mondayised if they fall on the weekend, three or four days of annual leave gives you a huge block of holidays, so most people do that. So there's not really a fixed pattern.
By Mondayised you mean they get compensated by having the following Monday a holiday? If both are in the weekend are both then compensated? We don't have anything like that here, which is why there are the terms employee Christmas and employers Christmas depending on when the 25th and 26nd fall. (Only the 25th and 26nd are actual holidays; the 27th used to be too, but that was removed back in 1770 in the great holiday reform. And I am still mad about it.:p (The great holiday reform among other things also removed halloween, third easter day, second pentacost day, and midsummer day as holidays. It was among other things done because the king thought the population was way too liberal with sex on the holidays---the same king who was a practicing sado masochist and who held legandary orgies...))

Only the 1st of January is a holiday here.

Oh, God. We've became Scandinavians.
Scary isn't it. Next thing you know parents will get a total of 52 weeks of paid maternity leave, you will be entitled to 6 weeks of paid vacation plus holidays a year, average wage is 5500 $ a month, the standard work week is 37 hours, you never go to church except on Christmas, confimations, baptisms, weddings, and funerals, people aren't rejected at hospitals, and many other things.

Yeah sounds scary...:p

Yeah, but we'd have to speak Swedish, the only Scandinavian language.

Exactly, this year the two Mondays are holidays since the 26th and 2nd are Saturdays, and sometimes the Tuesday is as well if the 25th is a Saturday or Sunday.

Which complicates things further for people who normally work weekends, or who have to work the public holiday anyway. Not sure how that's handled, but presumably you just get the one lot of bonus pay+day in lieu.

Yeah... I think that sounds pretty cool. Better I don't say how much is in Spain.

He only mentioned the good things. Don't get your hopes up.

But they all speak Swedish. Literally everyone speaks Swedish and only Swedish.

The taxes aren't that bad; and you get good value for your money.

Hey no reason to be rude!

Can confirm former Swedish and Danish colony. Who sold us to the Germans? Who decided to try and colonize their subjects here and which language was the other big language before the Soviet Occupation in Western Estonia and the Islands.

As if Swedish rule was better than Danish rule; as far as I remember our rule even was more lenient (after the Christianisation of course) than the Swedish one. And while we did sell you to the Germans (remember that it wasn't as much a sale as a compensation for what had already been conquered by the Germans; we would have kept it if we could) the Swedes let you be conquered by the Russians who haven't really left yet.

There in lies the problem, the Swedes were hardly better than the Danish but they arrived at a good time, beat back the Commonwealth which was growing insaner by the day and allowed us education. The decision to sell us after we revolted, burned and pillaged our way to Reval and asked for Swedish assistance. Only for the Swedes to arrive late to the party, our parley to the Teutons be executed and forces crushed is what sort of screws in the bigger dislike for Denmark. That and the age old argument of you guys stealing the Dannebrog.

The Swedish just kept on losing because the wouldn't crush the Russians and instead decided to try the Deluge 2.0 Electic Poltavaloo.

Not true for Sweden, average salary much lower. Denmark's tax rate goes over 50 % (highest in Europe) with cost of living substantially higher than in Spain.

I hope Jerman isn't going to be absent today...

I'll vote before I go to bed, given that it's 1am now, I think that will be soon.

I suffering from Fallout4itus, it makes me completely forget I have to vote in Werewolf.

Alright, I think I got it.

I was looking at the votes of Black Griffin/Wagon2.0 and Marshall, and I came up with this.

Marshall voted for Kaiser with Rovsea night one, who could be his packmate, while Griffin voted for Ironhide

Marshall voted for Rovsea, his only vote for a non outed baddie in the game, proably distancing himself from him...

Black Griffin went dark for a few days until he voted me on Day 3, and to be honest, there was a good case against me at the time.

Then it hit me, why the hell would the GM keep an inactive wolf for so long, and the answer is, he didn't. I conclude the Marshall is the last baddie.

Also, Wagonlitz made the effort of contacting me to help vote for Ironhide in an attempt to save Hazbot, which would've worked anyways since my orders were to kill Hazbot and I stuck to them.

Still Day 7 proves something, one of us is a baddie, and all 3 of us voted for Rovsea, which makes me think the whole vote on Day 2 was Marshall trying to distance himself from Rovsea.

You both were in contact with Audren. So those Audren convos mean nothing.

Anyways Happy New Years

Vote Gen Marshall

May the Werewolf Gods have Mercy on my soul.

So Jerman is asleep now? Great. You really messed this up big time, my friend.

The plan was perfect. I'd entice Audren to join me in a switch back to Hazbot and hunt him to get rid of the evidence. Then we'd be left with three almost-cleared villagers and Ironhide, who we'd merrily run up as the last wolf following my profuse apologies for following Audren's switch to Hazbot. Confident that the hunter was either inactive or nonexistent, I proceeded with this plan. Cue Jerman. Without any warning or contact with Audren, who would surely have told me about that sort of thing, he shoots Hazbot. Disaster. Now I'm left as a potential lynch target, as Jerman obviously isn't a wolf. I try my best to get him to vote for Wagon, but Jerman is too smart for such shenanigans and messes up what was to be my sweet orangey victory :p

Thus I officially declare that were there a game here (which obviously there isn't), I would have the role of wolf in it and hereby surrender. You deserve this victory so no need to waste a day pretending ;)

That was convenient.

So my first village victory, it tastes sweet.
