Not me - I'm unique.
I want to be the dark side of the galaxy

Press F12 during gameplay, then go to your Stellaris local files and you'll find the screenshot in there. Edit it with paint and upload into imgur or whatever website you'd like. Then copy the image's URL and paste it in here using the post image function.

By the way, Civ 6 is cooking. Anyone else is not excited?
I'm not. Civ is 4x and I don't like 4x games

How do you post a screenshot?
Steam screenshot, upload online, open it in the amazing program that is paint, crop to right dimensions, upload to imgur, badabing badaboom link to Post.

I played Civ I, II, III heavily, did not really get Civ IV and skipped Civ V. I liked Civ Revolutions.

Civ 5 was amazing. Beyond Earth was largely just a clone of it in space.

Civ 5's all right. Gets boring after a couple games. EU4 got boring/obsolete-ish after a whopping 1,700+ hours for me. Stellaris seems like it could endure a little over half of that in its current state. Yet assuming the chances of it staying as it is equals 0.0001% with the upcoming patches and DLCs, give or take I'll play it for around the same as EU4 MP, 1500-1900.

B-b-but Stellaris is a 4x game!
In psychology, cognitive dissonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time, performs an action that is contradictory to one or more beliefs, ideas, or values, or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values.

I came here for drama, and got a psychology lecture.

I would agree with Kitten in that Stellaris plays similarly to a hell of alot of games which are classified as '4x'.
Even to take wikipedia's view (the most trustworthy of sources): "Stellaris is a 4X grand strategy video game developed by Paradox Development Studio. Stellaris's gameplay revolves around space exploration, managing an empire, and diplomacy and warfare with other spacefaring civilizations."

Also I am interested in Civ6 Kvesir, the spanning cities looks cool.

For all those interested, an EU4 game has started on sunday.

Also, I liked all the Civ games (Except Civ:BE, which on its own wasn't horrible, if we take price out of the equation). I don't think there is a single one that was bad or got boring after too much play. Of course, in singleplayer, everything gets boring after too much play.

Just signed up for the EUIV mp game, however my experience is even worse in Stellaris as it is EUIV, let's hope I get better in understanding the game, lol

I'd put the info you ask for in now, but I'm not sure if we'll be playing with the Arachnoid Portrait Pack enabled or not. So if it's ok I'll leave it blank.

Looks like a certain someone wants to sign away their weekends! Well, I don't mind helping out.

In my previous Stellaris SP game (where I played as space jew frogs) I annexed another empire in the early-mid game, realized that I cannot rule over their enraged alien butts and so agreed to their faction's demand to release them as my vassal.
The new vassal I got was nothing like the country I annexed: although their population was 100% ugly mushrooms, instead of an ugly mushroom leader they got an ugly space reptile leader. They had a different government and completely different ethics (which again, doesn't make any sense since their species shared the previous country's ethics).
But you know what sucks the most? They got fanatic xenophobe as an ethic, which gave them the Xenophobic Isolationists personality (AIs use personalities to define how AI countries will behave) which gives them -1000 relations with literally everyone. Including their new overlord who created them out of thin air.

Apparently vassal states are created randomly. Never create vassal states.

I hope everyone noticed that I removed my application, exploring new GMT horizons

Actually, Wikipedia is quite trustworthy. It holds up very well against other encyclopedias, especially on the more general subjects. You just gotta use your brain and look at the references, just like with any source.
