I don't believe Health has a rule against this, actually, besides the standard GM is God rule. So if Health comes to tell me to knock it off I most certainly will but as of now it's a fine case.

Well, you have to take into context that my vote was a Day 1 joke vote when we have no leads to go on and I didn't want to use a RNG whereas yours is just a revenge vote.
