Main thing is; if the Drakkari arent fogged then they can see what happens to the Amani (who are of their race and religion) during the troll wars (when the Amani were huge as fuck) and if the Amani start losing they will ask some brother in law (Drakkari or Gurubashi) to come halp him.
AI Drakkari should not attack Player Quel just because Player Quel had an event that made him declare war on the Amani with the humans.
AI drakkari shouldnt give two fucks about Quel just because Quel and Amani fight unless Quel attacks the Drakkari.

The Amani are huge as fuck during the troll wars and letting the AI drakkari have an excuse to join would ruin all human faction games.
 

To give a tl;dr summary that wont take too long to read. The bookmarks intend to reflect the state of the world for each, with events that push it in the direction of how things historically went. After you unpause and the events fire though, it's free reign for the player.

Early Naga Characters
It became all quiet like again so here is a mishmash of graphics!

Naga fins still need some work to not cover other layers unless supposed to (e.g back fin shouldnt cover shoulder but face fins would cover it).
Troll masks need textures so they just arent pure brown and white and so forth but overall things are moving forward!
Mainly need to fix the humans, dwarves, elves, troggs, gnolls and ogres then all males are done.
Murloc, orc, kobold, naga and trolls have their males done but need female and child portraits.
All base portraits are done so making customization should be quite fast once it gets going.
Five out of twenty two portraits are "done" so there is still a lot of work tho >.>
But with the males of all eleven major races done the mod would be playable (from a gfx standpoint) up until the third war bookmark which gives me leeway since making event chains up to that point will take a lot of time but if that gets done i need to fic all the kalimidor and/or northrend races >.> and then the draenor ones before either of those places can be implemented.
No gnomes, goblins, dire trolls, elementals, demons, draenei or other factions that possess a very small plot of land in comparison to the greater races are even started.

Can't wait for first alpha! Good luck people, portraits you have are already beautiful. Can't wait to see them and whole Azeroth in action :)

All of those portraits are amazing. I would like to ask one thing, though. Is it possible to change clothes of humans, so they look like clothes from Azeroth (for example, Gilneans have their black victorian clothes and so on)?

Can but thats a later issue.
Atm its faster to just resize the vanilla clothes and be done.
Its the same issue as warsong culture having purple shoulderpads while blackrock have red and so on.

There are more eye(brow)s, beards and ears than are shown but i randomed for speeds.

Also how will magic work for this mod. Will it be like the Elder Kings mod where its in the intrigue tab to be used. Otherwise everything looks amazing and will keep me in my room for weeks ;)
 
Heh. As far as magic goes, we don't have a system nailed down for it just yet. We're currently focused on getting the warcraft feel into the ck2 main game. We do have plans for magic, just nothing concrete for now. It'll likely be a cool feature we'll announce alongside one of our other neat toys that Ngppgn is working on, when we've got it in a spot that we're happy to talk about.

The Warhammer mod is adjusting their magic system and it seems pretty good. They even have a special magic modifier for necromancy that would probably fit with Azeroth, the system they have for turning characters into Vampires could be adapted for reanimating someone as well.

If you include the dragon flights, it might be interesting to have them like the wood elves in their mod, they can't expand territorially but can intervene in any war.
