English Vote: The English Nationalists
French Vote: Légitimistes
Boy am I glad that Paradox has enough moderation to prevent people from giving out salt storms publicly. Otherwise, I am sure there would be some frustrated voters from the compromise of the Legitimistes with the monarchy.
Anyhow, I am voting how I am because I'd rather there be some turmoil without chances of near-saves and the destruction of all political capita and constituent confidence to end it.
Realistically, that may be true; however, voters do tend to adopt the mentality of the actions of the few reflecting upon the majority. Anyhow, you misunderstood the main meaning of the part of the message you are referencing. The thought was that, thanks to the discipline and moderation of the board, we don't have those types of voters with that mentality - as depicted by the "Otherwise" said before the frustrated voters and compromise part of the sentence. The Legitimistes never compromised, a select few split but the main party remains as anti-Plantagenet as ever.
England: The Royalist Party
France: Parti Conservateur
