[UPDATED 15/03/17] How to access the Steel Division: Normandy 44 VIP Beta forum

So if we cannot access the Beta Forum, how are we supposed to discuss any possible issues we are having?

Atm you can't ><. To give you a short summary of the issue at hand:

- When I tried it this morning the game was picked up by our Owned Item plugin just fine
- Now, it seems that something has changed but we don't know what or how and this has made the Owned Item plugin not realize that customers own the game
- I'm confused and working to try and fix this as we speak, sorry for the delay!

Guys you should probably know that Eugen said on Facebook that if you used a "fake name" you wont get a key. I for one used Asd Dsa as my name for the sake of speed and i wont get a key now. Also if you registered the same email multiple times you wont get a key.

But if it's true that's sad, as it was quite hectical and the website was overloaded.. and no confirmitation..

"Eugen Systems Congratulations for everyone who managed to get a key! What's coming next:

-We're going through the lists, removing all double signups (people who signed up twice or more will only get one key) and fake names like "Mr. A B", or "Mrs. Your Mum", or "Mr. Mad Mat" (oh, wait.).

-We'll send the keys to the provided e-mail address, probably on Wednesday, before if we can. Make sure that your firewall / spam filter allows mails from "@eugen.fr". The e-mail will contain the key, a FAQ, and the VIP Beta Manual.

-The beta will start on Wednesday."

So you should get at least one.

For future reference don't use fake names on legal documents, it never works out well.
