In that case we might politely ask somewhere and explain our case. Maybe, though unlikely, they can crosscheck and give us the keys in a different manner. But obviously, that would mean more effort on their side of things. It would be very sad if we didnt get to test and give feedback because of something like this ~.~

Probably we should do this. I'm not from the Germany, and have been asking around other people from my country. I never have had any problem receiving foreign mails, but I never have corresponded with French people, so it might just be it. It's just past midnight in where I live, and it take some time to compare our cases. Still, case in point is if it is really some mailing services issues, there might be quite a few cases global-wide.

Well then Id assume that the provider is not at fault.
Different scenario: Eugen going through the lists: "'Hans Müller', 'Jürgen Schmidt', jesus those fake names get sillier by the minute..."

I cannot check that actually, the keys are sent by Eugen. I suppose they may be getting notifications if the mails bounce but that's a question for them. Ping @EUG_PapaYankee

It seems like just a delayed mail issue as I have previously said, so waiting might be a general course of action here.
