This trailer definitely focuses on tanks. But does show infantry running in loose formation with foot synchronisation. Infantry probably get 10% of the air time while tanks get 90%. This game looks like a vehicle only party. Well that may be a little negative. But enjoy the "in engine" trailer.

P.S. Thanks to madmat for redirecting me!

It's a bunch of action scenes cut together, not footage from an actual match. There's nothing here to base those assumptions on.
Pretty much. It's an in-engine trailer, sure, but a cinematic one. There's no conclusions to draw here, except that "hell, it doesn't look half-bad".

Lets be clear, "in engine trailer" means nothing. I don't know exactly how they made this particular trailer, but "in engine trailers" are typically labelled as such because they're set-pieces that are rendered in the game engine and you will never see anything like in game, the only single thing they do is show off the potential graphics of the engine and are not even representative of the performance of the game under those graphical settings.

I'm not trying to be a downer but "in engine trailers" are generally just cool marketing material with practically no value to the consumer whatsoever. At most you might get a glimpse of some units you didn't know about, but it isn't even guaranteed that every asset in an in engine trailer will be in the final game.

Of course, like I say, I don't know specifically how they made this one and it could be a mislabeling, or it could be truer to the real gameplay than the average, but we really don't know and it pays to be cynical about these things.

Graphic. This is their all in one "in a nutshell" presentation to those who might buy the game. It is intended to show what they think is the coolest stuff and probably a nutshell of a gameplay experience? It's my impression not my conclusion that infantry have taken a back seat in this trailer.

Cinematic trailers are rarely intended to convey to you the actual gameplay experience. For that there's live streams and media previews. These kind of trailers are mainly telling you "look at these graphics" and "look at the stuff in the game."

Take this for example. It's a very comparable trailer, and knowing what ALB was like, you can tell that there's practically no information here except "look at these graphics" and "look at the units."

Actually that's probably even MORE representative because it's labelled "alpha ingame footage" rather than "in engine trailer".
