Which word? Further India?

yes. i figured you were talking about bangladesh or something. now i gotcha

p.s. the word is indochina

Good point. Though due to having written it in a way to make the Europeans look bad (notice e.g. the role descriptions) it should be clear of the forum rules.
I would appreciate some RP, though obviously people should be mindful of the rules and not use outright slurs.
@Cliges if you can't play you're always welcome to be some French officer/administrator sitting in French Indochina being drunk and spreading civilisation through his seed.:p

Wait, you're more interested in recruiting roleplayers than playerplayers?

But if you changed that to American officer sitting in what had been French Indochina being drunk and spreading democracy by building bridges, I could roleplay as my father.

IN as INDOCHINA

How would Further India ever be Bangladesh? Also it isn't Indochina.

The far-east is also acceptable
The Far East covers far far more.

I'd like you to play, but I didn't expect you to have time. So it was merely saying that you were welcome to roleplay if you didn't have the time to play. You're welcome to roleplay as an American officer being drunk which building bridges.

Is that supposed to be a very dark joke

Well, Well, Well, Welcome to Viangchan! The ComfyCorner(tm) does not care about race, religion or nationality. It exist purely as a place for werewolf's to entertain participants! And it is now installed!

Rendap!

I've heard the name before, but never seen the movie. Though I do know about how the Japanese had POWs build railways in the jungle including building bridges with designs taken from the American Old West---designs which were really sturdy and robust, but which were horribly overengineered for the much lighter (compared to American) locomotives used in Burma.

Didn't think of any of that until now though.
