My heart and best intentions are telling me my Day 1 vote is still sound, but the facts and the figures do not. We have to stop this arms deal to Nicaragua and Vote Johho. If we allow votes to be pushed aside now, it will cause a Domino Effect throughout Central Werewolf.

I'll sleep on this and decide if it was a mistake.

Hello all little children! Today Uncle Nasse has made another magic trick and has made all his money disappear. He also has a headache so try to keep it quiet you little maggots, ok?

First things first. Threeway, seriously? All right, who confesses being sock puppet of Lemeard? At least it caught one but really...

You might want to look at the rules again, nothing says that we be told if the Doctor saves someone, there is no mention of incapacitated. It only says that the doctor and the target will be told of the attack.

Now I am not 100% certain that we had an Apprentice Priest, as I would have expected something in the update saying the former Apprentice now Priest. But maybe that not the case.

Something else I am wondering is if we have 2 packs in this game now. Since we know the no hunt was a blessed hit, how likely is it that two packs would hunt the same person back to back? Either we looking at a ABBA hunting pattern, or this is one pack we looking for.

Yesterday gave us a lot of information, now lets see what we can do with it.

Let's see the rules:

[*]Rule 5 - Werewolves win if they reach parity with the villagers and eliminate opposing the opposing Werewolves.

[*]Doctor [Spinoff TV Show] May protect one person against nightly attacks. May never protect the same person twice. If a protected player is attacked by Werewolves, the Doctor and the target will be informed, but only the protected player will know the name of one of the attackers.

Yeah, seems the doc saving patient isn't village-wide announcement in this game.

[*]Cultist [Cult Status TV Show] - Knows the identity of one Werewolf. Wins if either Werewolves overwhelm the villagers.

Most importantly we could infer from these rules that Wagonlitz would be very very angry with lack of ordnung in the wording! But seems to me it's 2-pack setup most likely with wording like "either werewolves". Could be ABBA pattern if it's indeed 2-pack game.

Unvote de chat

Unvote De Chat
Vote Jeray

Did you aim to create 3-way tie or was it coincidental since you both voted at the last minute?

So what can we take from day 1? For me, the initial takeaways are: 1) Audren is in contention, but never draws another vote or even a real glance from anyone after arky. 2) Health is an less than likely red wolf. 3) Johho was a quiet third vote on Cliges before arky switches off.

Not to be Mr. Pessimistic but I wouldn't count too much on day 1 Tamius stuff. He had one scan so I think it's more likely Jacksonian was sincere in trying to protect Tamius due to him returning rather than being in cahoots with sorcerer.

As previously mentioned, I am highly suspicious of Johho, something about his moves rub me the wrong way. We saw a lot of teamwork between Joho, Jackson, K-59

I dunno, Johho hasn't been that active yet. Though I guess his vote on Cliges on day 1 fits nicely what Jacksonian wanted (at least in the end of day). And k-59 didn't seem to be cooperating on the surface much with anybody (except voting Health at deadline might indicate not the likeliest packhood if k-59 indeed just voted somebody to put vote in without knowing the score).

This exchange right here does give me some suspicion about BlackCrown, as it is fairly common for new wolves to panic when accumulating a few votes. However he hasn't done anything else and he's new so Crown isn't worthy of a vote yet but I will be keeping an eye on him.

Hmm. I haven't really paid much attention to him since there's quite a few silent, nondescript players here.

This is the 2nd fairly lazy, nonsensical and not all that serious vote from Audren. Audren is better than this and I know there isn't much to go on yet but I feel we need to move on from the TV show related votes after Day 1. Suspicion levels on Audren about the same as Panzer at the moment.

The voting didn't have much reason behind it but keep in mind Sleepyhead had been voting with the same style himself so I wouldn't consider the vote itself to be that lazy at that point since so little was known. But yeah, at least now there needs to be more facts-based votes (or alternative facts -based votes if you prefer).

Jackson picks up votes in what must only be presumed to be joke reasoning (with that said, I think a case could be made against him as a rather active wolf). K-59 and Sleepy get some attention. De Chat goes on his Health crusade (NOTE: For future reference, De Chat tends to activate late as a goodie analysis-wise, usually around turn 3)

Jacksonian might well be active wolf but those votes on him were just silly or reading way too much (wolf going active on day 1 to defend sorcerer vs. player defending returning player..). Of course if he's wolf then that vote barrage could include packmate votes ("hey, packmate getting votes for silly reason - quick, join the bandwagon!") but that's getting too far into "what if" scenarios for now.

A little flurry at the end. Claude breaks late to k-59 FROM de Chat (another point in his favor for being a non k-59 aligned pack), Alynkio/jeray breaks late to De Chat, Jackson breaks late to jeray.

Yeah, few votes in the last minute but end result is that Claude and Jacksonian were instrumental in getting k-59 lynched. Jeray2000 was self-defending but what was Alynkio doing?

My heart and best intentions are telling me my Day 1 vote is still sound, but the facts and the figures do not. We have to stop this arms deal to Nicaragua and Vote Johho. If we allow votes to be pushed aside now, it will cause a Domino Effect throughout Central Werewolf.

Hmm. This game seems to have one candidate getting to third vote quite easily. Not saying Johho doesn't need his spotlight almost as much as Uncle Nasse needs few gulps of his magic drink but it does seem to be the trend in the game.

Ugh. I need to stop quoting people with this kind of posts. Anyways. Due to his actions (pushing De Chatillôn up when k-59 was in danger) I will also

vote alynkio

though I definitely feel quite a few players should step up more.

Self interest. Here at Veridian Dynamics we love it so much that we would gay marry it if we could. And according to some great new findings from our R&D department, we might be able to do just that soon.

Alright, I'm back from Rome and my nose looks kind of like Uncle Nasse. Anyway let us get down to bidness.

Hmm... Looking at who won the Hunter trait doesn't really give us much, as everybody that have voted to give it to Steed are still alive, as is he. From what I recall winning a shamvote with a trait on the line used to cause quite the target to be painted on said players back so something to keep in mind. We also have alynkio, who voted with the now known baddie k-59. There might be something there, but it doesn't seem to be much at this point. Still something to keep in mind with the Steed survival. TamTams didn't vote and both that have currently flipped as our Priests voted for themselves. That's what I gathered from D0/N1.

I'm probably going to say something that everybody knows, but TamTam was unlikely to be in contact with anybody. That means that Dalek, Blacks, both Crown and Griffin, and that punk name bob aren't really put into any closer to the cleared corner by lynching the Sorc. I was quite likely to end up on the chopping block that day and I thank luck and Vicodin(TM) for getting me out of that situation. I find the Audren push on me very intriguing, given that he ended up getting off me for Cliges, though I do like his Guts(TM) for standing against spoilers for a show that ended nearly 3 years ago. De Cat, with an H, voting for aedan is interesting to see, but may have just been to muddle with the tracking. That is what I got from D1/N2.

Now, yesterday all my troubles didn't seem so far away and given that I was moving from plane to plane, managed to luckily have enough juice in my phone to get some thoughts in and get still manage to get onto the plane I wasn't really thinking straight. Now onto vote analysis. I'm not really pleased with the triple TIE, though it did bag us a wolf it also ended up decimating our stock of priests. Coincidentally I actually find those that avoided voting all together to be the most suspicious of the lot, given that they've avoided notice for quite long enough I feel that some of the limelight should be put on them. Given that I find that it would be interesting to know, who voted for the Sorc, I think that Griffin could be the best candidate to draw interest to.

When I voted 11 mins before deadline I didn't mind a tie and there was no actual logic why I voted K-59, it was just a gut feeling that he was the best candidate from the bunch.. At exactly the same time Sleepyhead voted Jeray making it a 3 way tie.. Sorry I missed that as 3 way tie at this stage is not the best idea at all.

But Sleepyhead's move was purely to save himself obviously, if he was K-59 pack mate he would have voted De Chat I'm sure to put him out in front more at the time. Unless K-59, Johho and Sleepyhead were pack mates which would be putting a sign up ''Here we Are''..
Makes sense to me anyway..

As Johho voted behind K-59 on the thread and is very quiet for a normal Johho game..

Are there any subs available? If so I would like to sub out, please. I'm sorry, but I really didn't realize how little time I'd have to devote to this and I don't want to be a zombie.

If no subs are available I can probably still vote at least once per day until one is found, but not much more and purely on cases others have made as I don't have the time or energy to make my own.

Seems like a very weak reason not to vote alynkio. Panzer alynkio link?

Vote Johho

For a combination of a bunch of little things: 2 quiet but rather decisive votes on now known goodies, total lack of activity coming from a usually excellent player, at least 3 votes from players I consider to be more likely goodies than baddies, albeit with currently limited information (BC steed and Daleksbane). Not a slam dunk, but certainly not nothing, either.

Also see alynkio, Audren, and Panzer as possibilities as well.

I especially like Skobie's analysis so far and he's already helped bag 1 wolf. Also have my overall state of game in mind (seems to be a remarkably straightforward game thusfar), but will leave them for the future: sufficient for a day is it's own wombat.

Don't really like the 'under the radar' comment from De Chat about someone that almost got lynched.
I feel that the DeCha case against me is rather trash. Given that I don't really have time to choose.
I think a tie between Chat and Jeray is the best possible outcome of this situation.
I'm down for a tie I just feel De Chat should be in said tie.

So... The old grandmaester turned out to be a goodie after all. This was a moderately surprising outcome not only to me, but apparently to several other people who were also getting some pretty serious baddie vibes from DeChat's posts. I switched my vote in an attempt to help realize Claude's dream of turning a 3 way tie with DeChat into a 2 way tie with DeChat. Sadly, the rest of the late voters couldn't agree on whether K-59 or Jeray should be the other participant in the tie, and the vote was bungled. I thought I was being helpful, but it turns out I almost let a baddie walk free!:eek:

Of course, Petyr Baelesh (unsurprisingly) turned out to be a major baddie. Before we rush to lynch all the non K-59 voters however, let's review some of the carefully reasoned and insightful posts that led to the capture of this cunning schemer.
And another magic trick might be to help k-59 in getting his votes in with more timely & meaningful way: vote k-59 he's not had any action (which of course holds true for a lot of players) but the late vote kind of irks me a bit.
Vote k-59 Still very little information, just picking the late voter
Vote k-59 for lazy vote provoking a abndwagon or summat.
I think its best to get rid of 2 appalling shows... 30 Rock... I mean come on, really... Vote K-59
So, yeah, we basically stumbled into lynching K-59 yesterday. Not that I'm complaining! Capturing the servants of the unmentionable other is indubitably excellent news for those of us devoted to the Lord of Light! Not that I'm judging the lazy votes here either! It was day 2, and we didn't have an incredible amount of evidence off which to work as of yet.
We saw a lot of teamwork between Joho, Jackson, K-59
Which means they may also be CU wolves
Only a noobish wolf pack would ever vote in a bloc like that as it would create an obvious vote trail and increase the likelihood or their capture should one fall. The necromancer Qyburn (Jackson) and the Red Viper of Dorne (Joho) may be many things, but they certainly aren't noobs! Not that it's impossible that they're packmates either. Their votes are suspicious, but not utterly damning. Crafty Lord Littlefinger probably chose to vote DeChat precisely because DeChat was giving off seeming baddie vibes and reasoned he was likely a good candidate onto whom he could direct attention. It's possible, or even likely, that the wolves will build cases against the DeChat and Jeray voters precisely because they are suspicious looking villagers and thus potentially easy lynch targets. Wolves are creatures of darkness, which makes sense given that they are enemies of R'hlor; watch out for people who are seem to be trying to go with the flow and avoid the spotlight.

I readily admit my DeChat vote looks pretty incriminating and I don't really blame anyone for being suspicious of me. But.. as it happens I was just a bumbling villager trying to assist in condensing a tie and limit villager casualties who just so happened almost to let a wolf go free. If I really start to take off in votes, however, I'd be suspicious of anyone making bandwagon votes on me. (Skobelev's / Audren's analyses are a legitimate reasoned cases, even if they are misguided)
alynkio, I know it's been a while since you made that list of GoT characters for us, but what's with the obsidian arrowhead?
Obsidian Arrowheads can kill the Others... er... White Walkers, my show's major baddies. Being the Bane of the Daleks, your show's major baddies, I imagine this is something you can understand!
HOLY CRAP HOW DID I MISS THIS??? And I am... A rightful queen born in exile who has weird power over fire and dragons and has pretty much everything fall into her lap as she begins her triumphal entrance to the throne or homeland she has never seen. Yeah, sounds legit, except for the she part.
Can't tell whether it's a compliment or a slight, Marysue? We'll say it's both!

Currently pondering a vote...

Given that I find that it would be interesting to know, who voted for the Sorc, I think that Griffin could be the best candidate to draw interest to.

VOTE BLACKGRIFF

Yep, he's missed one vote and been very quiet altogether so very decent candidate. There are few more very silent players but Griff is definitely on top of that list.

When I voted 11 mins before deadline I didn't mind a tie and there was no actual logic why I voted K-59, it was just a gut feeling that he was the best candidate from the bunch.. Vote JOHHO

Sure, Sleepyhead was protecting himself. However, he also protected k-59 at the same time so either it was unfortunate to pick goodies or there was something going on. It's often better protection to *not* vote the leading candidate as that 1) makes it more likely that somebody will switch to even the odds and 2) removes the freedom to later switch (as moving off tied candidate would put the other one on top - not very fun when it's oneself of course though that didn't happen here).

But yeah, pack voting lockstep ain't the most likely thing to happen. So I'd say it's quite unlikely all three of k-59, Sleepyhead and Johho are packmates.

Are there any subs available? If so I would like to sub out, please. I'm sorry, but I really didn't realize how little time I'd have to devote to this and I don't want to be a zombie.

At least player list shows no subs so I guess there aren't any.

Nasse-setauml_zpsegw6gfli.jpg

Let me get to the bottle of... eh, bottom of this. You admit your vote on defence of k-59 looks incriminating and say you understand suspicion of you but at the same time you are saying bandwagon votes on you should be suspect. Seeing how Johho has pretty big lead I wouldn't say you are in danger of getting bandwagoned to death any time soon. I suppose I should concede that any bandwagoning votes usually do look suspect so I've got to give you that.

But I guess we'll have to see. But for now Uncle Nasse must again test DoD and get more used to Cities: Skylines (hint: it's very good simcity game).

I am disappointed that alynkio isn't taking off as a candidate. I won't be on for deadline, so to make my vote more powerful, I'll go onto Panzer, who has his own issues and fits well with alynkio as a packmate.

UNVOTE ALYNKIO
VOTE PANZER

I counted wrong, I thought Panzer had more votes than he did. No reason to switch off my preferred candidate, then.

UNVOTE PANZER
VOTE ALYNKIO

Actually, the more I think about Audren's posts, the more I like him as a candidate. I took a very visible vote yesterday and was fully expecting to take some heat once I learned K-59 was a wolf. I'm basically the perfect target for wolvies looking for an easy lynch. Ser Dontos' case against me feels like that of an analytical villager looking for real candidates, but Ser Bronn's strikes me more as that of a wolf excited at the possibility of an easy villager lynch.

Plus, let's look at some of his other posts so far.
I will not abide this kind of spoilerage, even if that finale sucked.

UNVOTE JACKSON
VOTE HEALTH

Health is not being punished enough for crimes against spoiling content. Lynch him immediately.

Needs more dead Health.

now is not the time for self-preservation, Cliges!

UNVOTE HEALTH
VOTE CLIGES

While that is a correct reading of information to be gained, I'm not sure how I ought to take this. Seems suspiciously like a wolf laying the groundwork to get a villager killed after he's lynched.

VOTE JERAY

He spoiled the ending of How I Met Your Mother. Such crimes are inexcusable (even if the finale was crap).

After jeray was lynched, I meant. Jeray the wolf plants the seeds of a false connection between us now so that if he's lynched, at least he's taking me down with him.

I'm giving him a second chance. It's the Christian thing to do.

This is a terrible affront on human decency, and I'm not sure jeray's actions are inherently malicious. This, on the other hand, is the work of Iblis.

UNVOTE JERAY
VOTE SLEEPYHEDA

He's been all over the place, including calling on people to string up likely and confirmed villagers on silly or Role Playing cases. Often on people already in serious contention. A possible Wolf trying to push villagers overboard? He's taken a little heat so far, but it all seems to boil away pretty quickly. I admit this is hardly an incontrovertibly damning case, but he might be worthy of closer attention.

VOTE AUDREN
