Trust me I know all about having to keep using cringey usernames your middle school self came up with :oops:

I don't think finals is a valid excuse. I have finals right now. That's part of why I managed to put so much time into this, actually, probably wouldn't have under better circumstances :D But wanting to be offline and with family/friends for the holidays is totally understandable. Have fun!

So something like TheBleachBoys or NarutoMilkHotel would work, I think.

I can appreciate the constraints of family, but hey, we're your family too! Kind of!

There's an option to disable people being able to start conversations with you. I suspect he might've done so.

Well, finals are Monday and Tuesday next week for me then I'm off to visit one of my friends and then going back to meet with DNFC to visit mutual friends, so it's not like finals are long for me. But yeah, usually finals are the easiest time of a semester for me.

I read those to her and she visibly cringed. I put those two forward as her official zombie names. And yes, you guys are my weirdest family. I'll make sure to haunt the crap out of you guys at some point.

Hmm, weird. Do you think he's done with Werewolf? That would be a great loss for us. I could contact him through already existing PMs between us, but I feel like if he doesn't want to be PM'd I'd rather respect that.

Today I only invited people I really want to join that haven't signed up yet (and not even all of those - being a bit lazy). I need to work on my database project for tomorrow, then tomorrow I will send out more invites. Although I hope not too many people will join so that we get to use the zombie concept. But 35 people is a lot so hopefully that won't be a problem.

Until then, any comments on the pickpoints tables and costs of items for different alignments are welcome. Once the game starts it will be too late to change anything.
 
Two comments on the baddie pickpoints- why does it cost 1 for attached baddies to be a rival? Rivals is a bigger nerf for villagers than wolves, but it's still a nerf for wolves. Maybe make it cost -1 but make it so the pack that takes rival cannot wolf-hunt the rival?

Second comment- if wolf costs 2 points, not many baddies are going to want to be wolves, which messes up the balance by making packs extremely fragile.

I strongly doubt that he's done with us for good, but it's not unknown for him to take a break, especially after putting a large amount of effort into a game.

The idea was that wolves might take it for alibis, since it will be assumed that most rivals are villagers, but I don't know if many would. I didn't want to just let wolves get points for taking rivals and then hunting them night 0. I like the idea of preventing the pack from hunting the rival though. Sure, let's work with that.

As for wolf cost, isn't it usually 3? I didn't want too many people being cultists either, so that's why I decreased it to 2. I don't think it would be really fair to decrease it all the way to 1. In the end it is a wolf's choice whether to be selfish or think of his pack.
