well I sure am glad you forget then:D

Kind of a shame, honestly - I had thought up some pretty funny material where they break the Ark of the Covenant, realize that a box can't possibly be a wolf, and then use the splinters to stab Panzer to death. Worked out for you, though.

A brief recap is necessary, I think. Panzer, as mentioned, set the night 0 hunt to Ike at the last minute, but not before telling me about his drinking habits and, as is typical of these games, giving me great material for jokes. alxeu scanned Hax, and Hax reasoned that:

Noice! Hunting Emperor Ike the zombie feels something Wagonlitz, Rovsea or alynkio would have done. I propose that you scan one of them tonight.

Also I was contacted by Panzer Commader yesterday:

so between these two events, the wolves were kind of screwed from the beginning. I suppose there was some hope of Panzer holding out another day, but I find it exceedingly unlikely that Panzer could've talked his way out of dying twice. If alxeu had been lynched on day 1, this would have been a wholly different game, but alas for the wolves, that didn't happen. Thus, I don't really hold it against anyone for forgetting to vote; the outcome had been set for some days, and not much could be done to stop it.

I'm also not totally certain that the small setup is uniquely biased in favor of the village; the wolves just had some horrific dice rolls. Not that I'd advocate playing with 13 regularly, but my efforts to find additional players (which I will admit were not as, hm, vigorous as they could've been) were largely unsuccessful. I would suggest letting things sit at least a week and seeing if more players can be drudged up then.

What really screwed the wolves was @Hax, who was more or less responsible for every wolf getting caught. My standing order list didn't call for Wagon, Alyn, or Panzer to be scanned anytime soon (Alynkio and Panzer were supposed to be the last two scanned, considering beartjah died early), but at Hax's suggestion, I scanned Wagon, and then decided Alyn would be a good choice, as well, given that he was pretty active (best to have them confirmed on your side, after all).

Hax grew suspicious of Panzer in the middle of the day that Wagon was outed, can't exactly remember why, but I think it was due to Panzer stalling/trying to dodge outright an outing against Wagon. I was pretty sure Panzer was the other wolf after Hax had been hunted, but weighing my options, felt that rather than put that all out there (and risk being wrong and then dead), it was best to have someone out Alyn immediately, so the information wouldn't be wasted, while I scanned Panzer to remove what little doubt I had.

@Panzer Commader Did you think I was seer, or was I random hunted?

I was expecting to be hunted and have the update be "now we know why the ark of the covenant disappeared"

Probably would've happened, yeah.

My one regret in this game was forgetting that Ike had signed up to RP as a Goylem, but I think the abundance of vegan sake jokes made up for that. (The next game I GM will be called, mark my words, "God Hates Vegan Sake", because I'm physically incapable of letting a joke die.)

Good good, never let a joke die
Death is too good for them

but I think it was due to Panzer stalling/trying to dodge outright an outing against Wagon.
That isn't necessarily wolfish, though. It anything it's most often a sign of goodieness rather than baddieness. It's in the interest of the JL to have scanned baddies lynched/shot without an outing if at all possible as that both gives information on the scanned baddie, but also doesn't wreck up the voting record from an outing. Now, in this game it was the opposite as I knew I'd been scanned and hence did what I could to get lynched without being too obvious about wanting to be strung up. And Panzers outing wasn't too late. Might even have been too early, as I wrote in the pack PM as I think I still could have been lynched at that time.
But yeah, wanting the scanned baddie to be hung without an outing is not a sign of baddieness.

Also, Hax was wrong in his reasoning for why Alynkio and I were wolves. The Ike hunt was completely set by Panzer. Alynkio and I played no part in setting that hunt.

wow. my wolfdar was way off this game.

you often seem to peg me villager me as a wolf
not sure what about the way I play does that, but it seems to happen a lot
might just be confirmation bias on my part though

i was suspicious of your day 1 vote.
