Heh... I hadn't really drunk much since December and yesterday was my best friend's birthday so when we had drinking games I just tried a bit of every different drink we had in the house... Well let me tell you we have a lot of different types of drinks in the house

Yeah, I pretty much always hunt the least active players early on because I love active games as a wolf. I haven't played enough games for people to know any pattern about me though luckily. In this case we were just unlucky.

The second part is what happened. It wouldn't work out because, well... I've asked her out in the past. Except that time was serious and in person, ha. She's someone I've had an on-and-off crush on for about 3-4 years and it's usually easy to control it because even though we text for hours every day, we almost never physically see each other since we're in different unis. Anyway, everything seems back to normal today and I have a reputation as a very flirty-when-drunk person anyway so I think this passed okay.
We need a werewolf players relationship thread! Might be what finally revitalizes the werewolf community here

I've intermittently considered setting up a Werewolf Discord, in lieu of the old IRC which has gone unused for about four years. Though I have several reservations (mainly that I'd kind of prefer games be played in the thread and in conversations rather than through messaging), it would provide an appropriate forum for such conversations, and might be more useful than sending PMs into the void in inviting people.
I'd join if one were set up. We needn't conduct games via discord, but just having one to gather how active the community is (and if there's enough for a game to be set up) would be nice.
Well, I've made one. A number of you (Wagon, almost certainly) will be concerned about a repeat of the impersonation incident that brought down the IRC channel; cognizant of this, I've decided to control the membership by adding people myself, unless someone has a better idea. PM me your Discord tag if you want in, and if you don't want in, reconsider your life choices!
Oh and thanks for hosting, Arkasas! Even though I didn't play many days I enjoyed it, I did my part for the greater good and in the end we won.
