Rule Clarification: In the case of a wolf pack, where no one in the wolf pack picks the Werewolf role, then a random person in that pack with 2 or more points (chosen by diceroll) will have their choice overridden by the GM to include Werewolf, while keeping the other selections hopefully as close to the original as possible
