Papal states National ideas in the wiki say there is one with "+1 free diplo policy", but in my game it is "-10% diplo advisor cost".
What does change that? An addon, right? which one?
If you hover over the "+1 free diplo policy" in the wiki it even said that without Dharma dlc it will be -10% diplo advisor cost

If I add a province event call into the on_actions file at one of the "five_year_pulse" sections, does that mean that event will happen for every province that meats the triggers every five years?

Playing a game as Ayuthatta (or however you spell it) and almost done with the achievement white elephant (conquer Burma and Indo China). Its not 1600 yet. Since I do like to get more achievements is there anyone I could do from this position? Am at 40ish % atm.

Do I need to have an army in occupied province to loot it or it will be looted automatically every month without an army (but still occupied)?
You need an army to loot. How much you loot each month depends on your army composition and the number of it. (Horses loots the most, while cannon the least)

Can the Holy Roman Empire (the mechanicy thing, not the tag) exist with 0 princes (i.e. the emperor is not an hre member and has annexed the princes) or will it be dismantled?

How much should I subsidize a Colonial Nation to get them to start colonizing?
Don't know the exact number, but at least enough for them not to run a deficit with an active colonist. You can see their income balance by clicking on them in the subject tab. Also note that CNs will only ever colonize provinces adjacent to their cores - no matter their colonial range. If you want a Caribbean CN to colonize, you'll have to either give them a foothold in Florida and/or colonize the first province on one of the larger islands.

Impossible to answer really, considering that we don't know which ones you haven't done yet nor if you play with any house rules. Could you make a first assessment on which ones may be doable by looking at the in-game list that shows achievement progress? Then you could post those here, and hopefully get more useful feedback. That one doesn't list all options, as it hides some stuff that is of the wrong culture and/or religion, but it is a good first resource.

Been a long time since I got the White Elephant, but I don't recall getting much else in the run achievement wise. Possibly some of the easy non-tag specific achievements. You can see possible or eligible achievements - in your current game - using the gold chalice button in the top right, but as mentioned above you may not see some tag specific ones due to culture.

One thing that comes to mind though is the Sailor Mon achievement, if switching to Pegu is allowed for that one. I can't tell from the achievement wiki if that is possible or not. Maybe someone can confirm. That is, if you must start as Pegu to get the achievement, or if you can tag switch to get it. (I'm assuming Pegu no longer exits in your game) Anyway, maybe someone who knows for sure can chime in. (One reason I mention this one is that the wiki does not use the the language "Starting as Pegu", but rather "Playing as Pegu")

The eu iv achievement wiki may help with ideas or possibilities:

could it be that the favors mechanic is a little bit broken, insofar that the progress does not get saved?
If Austria needs 3 years to give me 1 favor and it says i get it in january 1st 1460
and I play 2 years and next year I would get it,
now I save and end the game, next time I play,
Austria will give me the favor in 1462.
not 100% sure, but it feels like this happens.

They need at least +2 balance to even consider colonizing. So the bare minimum would be 2 ducat.
If they have a balance of, say, 1.5 ducats, you'd only need to give them half a ducat (I'd go with 1 just to be safe). So I don't think 2 ducats is the minimum subsidy required.

Why Ashikagas land force limit at the beginning of the game is 19?
I see it's taking bonuses from each Daiymo but I have no idea why.
I wasn't able to find any LF limit bonus for Shogunate on Wiki page.

And it's before Sword Hunt decision has been activated.

Normal vassals gives forcelimit to the overlord. It's not something special for Shogunate-Daimyo.

I am playing as Georgia and my Total Land Force limit at the beginngi is 6.
Why 3 provinces that I have are giving me +0.0 bonus?

geor.png

I've checked all of them and they should give me +2.90.

After that I've played Mazovia and there each province gave me correct bonus.
Is it's related to the number of provinces?
Like, small countries are not getting LF limit bonuses?

Please help me to understand it.
