Has anyone managed to get a good start and end on this version every time i do a start france or germany win early on or switarland join in the war etc and soviets get wiped out .

Why after Germany entry in war on side Austria in 1914, not have event "mobilization"? Or event ID = 1350007 #Mobilize?
Because thus part of the armed forces remain in incomplete ranks without the influx of reserves.

I haven't tried this yet to be honest, but I know EJ included the latest version of the All In On mod. Doesn't that mod have a bug involving mobilization? @ejwith9953

Are these US units supposed to be hot pink with this guy's face staring at you through the reports? This is frightening. Maybe I need to reinstall.
It's a bug. There's some discussion on it on the previous page, but no fix so far.
Perhaps grabbing the counters from the older version of the mod will work? Not the counter strip (but I assume that is what is causing the issue)
Here are the counters (Palette Folder) from a 2015 version of TGC mod. I haven't tested it and haven't even played Ej's version yet. But maybe someone can test it out.
It won't let me upload the counter strip (BMP file) for some reason. Which is pretty annoying.
Didn´t change the pink counters for me (which are exactly those from the counter strip btw).

While playing as the USA I couldn't stand the bugged sidebar graphic of Pershing's face. So here's a fix of sorts, the regular darkest hour USA graphic. Extract to your grand campaign folder.
I just used the counter strip from edge of darkness. This seems to fix the problem.
I haven't seen all units yet, there might be wrong graphics for some types, but it looks fine as far I've seen it.
