Disease doesn't switch or get added

I did a search on disease and didn't find this listed.

Province afflicted by Malaria. Couple of years later the same province still has Malaria but is now hit with Typhoid as well. When I check the province, Typhoid does not show up, but Malaria is still there.

I'd presume this is just a bug in the way the province statuses are shown, i.e. their pictures appear on top of the old one. Would be nice to know for sure though, could somebody who has this check the save file to make sure?

As is, the only thing I see is the Malaria Icon. I'm not sure if the others are working or not, but they sure aren't showing up.
