Playing on ps4 with invasions: Really liking everything so far but I have had multiple crashes, all during manual combat. Actually haven't gotten through a manual combat yet.

We're investigating similar issues on Xbox. Can you tell me which PS4 Edition you have and where the crash occurs, Loading into combat, during the camera pan, during gameplay or when loading out of the combat?

i have the same issue on xbox its shuts down the game as im starting a battle so in the loading part at the black loading screen it doesnt happen on all my battles

After the battle begins but before I can take control. When I hit continue from the main menu and it loads into a battle it crashes while the screen is still black. One time it let me start the fight but crashed when I tried to look at an enemy unit info card.
I'm also having problems in a conquered world map. I am unable to absorb sectors that were owned by the enemy. When I click on the sector I want to annex, there are no buttons. Also, after defeating one AI player I tried to claim one of his cities and the only option available was to migrate the city to my race.
EDIT: I have the deluxe edition with the preorder bonus and both expansions.

Are you specifically looking for a patch note? Cause there won't be one unless we made specific changes to the MP system. We are aware that players on Xbox have been having issues with MP and have been looking into it. However we've not encountered it ourselves during the testing period leading up to today, which included day long games with only a 1 or 2 of Disconnects in total.
For me, now the game crashed on loading manual combat up even on singleplayer on xboxone on first game with multiple attempts, second one no errors, at least on turn 1.
I understand there's a whole "be nice" thing with these forums but I have to be blunt and say this situation is laughable. Here's the setting my friends and I used back all those months ago when I reported this, simplified: capital world, enormous map, Pangaea, 6 players consisting of 3 people (living in different countries) and 3 ai, no teams, allied victory possible, no extra ways to win, no combat cards, 5 heroes max with level 25 cap, many for everything like buildings, resources, anomalous sites etc, and simultaneous turns. Use this on xboxone (not xboxone x) and see if things end up different.

Hey Cainist, we are aware of the issue and are looking into it. Would you be able to provide us with your save so we can use it for the investigation?
 
1) I do not understand what means:
Fixed issue where automatic food sharing options wouldn't revert back to share all once fully grown.
Where it is possible to set automatic food sharing options?
And previously I have not problem in this theme.

But after this patch I meet new following issue.
I manually set "share all and sell excess" in one town before end of turn.
But on the next day found "prevent deficit" and food added to this town, instead to supply other, as I set.

This strange behavior was not always, but 3 nights in sequence, resulting to increase population from 16 to 18, even I prefer to keep 16 and every evening set "share all and sell excess".

Next problems are not connected to this patch (was before and after it).

2) Really there was problem on this theme.
Sometime after setting "share all and sell excess" town began to starve and lose population, although it produced about 200 food.
So, better to change calculation in this option to "share all above deficit and sell excess".

3) I am not interesting in cloud saves.
And all 3 options:
"Store manual saves in the cloud by default"
"Store automatic saves in the cloud"
"Store quick saves in the cloud"
were disabled.
But every time I am going to load, I see popup message "cloud saves unavailable in offline mode".
Please remove this bothersome message or let it appear only one time.

4) Please, remove "Upgrade your hero" message, or let it appear one time immediately after increase level only,
but not after every load or new day.
Can you imaging, that to give 8 points upgrades like "modular extension" or "Piloting (Advanced)" to my 6 heroes,
I have to choose such message and press Esc about 100 times total during the game. o_O

Otherwise end of game is absolutely crazy.

If you can make a proper bug report in the Bug Report subforum and provide us with a save, we'll gladly take a look cause it's not exhibiting this behaviour in our test.

I think that this is not bug, because it mentioned in patch report:
Fixed issue where automatic food sharing options wouldn't revert back to share all once fully grown.
So, I am sure that devs know about this behavior without my saves.

Can you at least explain logic of this behavior or supply me link where can I read about it?

OMG, It seems impossible return to previous version, because it absent in steam property / betas (as usual in steam for all other games).
And turning off DLC in steam property and in paradox loader does not remove this behavior and all other features described in patch report.

The only way for me - forget this game at all, and start to play HOMM5.
And again AoW fails to become HOMM killer as predicted.

You're explaining that it goes from 'Share all and sell excess' to 'prevent deficit' while this note says that once a Colony hits max it should switch to 'Share all and sell excess'. So yes, what you're describing sounds like a bug, either something is inverted or something else is going on.

The branches with older version are something only PDS games do, games from PDX Subsidiaries can decide for themselves if they do this (and most don't).

Are you serious? Please stop being rude. How can you even compare a 4X spin off sci-fi game with a purely turn based fantasy franchise which doesn't even have something like economy or diplomacy mechanics so to speak? Should I remind you that Heroes 5 were made by the very same company who released bogus of a game called Heroes 7? Not to mention Heroes 5 is considered mostly subpar to Heroes 3, and was made playable only after a long process off patching (wouldn't be possible without fans stuborness, I know because I was there when the game was hot) and the addition of Tribes of the East expansion. Not to mention how they literally brought the franchise to ruin - reminder: they only release some s*it mobile games labeled with the franchise name now.

If there is a bug Triumph devs will fix it or at least try to, they are one of the more responsive and "I care" developers around.

If this is a late game issue it is not even that much serious. Take a chill pill and wait a few days, I'm sure a hotfix is on the way becasue a few more issues might have popped up in the meantime.

Hey Vovka, thanks for the report & Save. I managed to reproduce it from the save that you provided and passed the information to the Programmer that worked on that feature for investigation.
