Description​

Ambient sounds like crowd cheering in tournaments keep playing in the background after the tournament is over. Reloading the save gets rid of it.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. Unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce the issue you described. Could you please attach the save file in which it occurs or record a gameplay fragment where you encountered this issue?

I understand what the issue is, but after testing we were still unable to reproduce the issue. It would be very useful to have a save file that does not contain mods and in which this issue occurs, or a list of steps that have to be followed for the issue to show up.

Unfortunately, even using the save file you attached, we were unable to hear the issue related to the ambient sounds that keep playing in the background after the Grand Tournament ends. Can you tell us what exactly you are doing to make this issue occur? Please also make sure that the playthrough has not included any mods.

The only thing I'm doing is attending or hosting a tournament. No extra steps are needed for the issue to occur for me. One thing I can try is switching my audio device and see if the issue persists with that.
 
Having similar issue with background sounds continuing to play after tournaments have concluded (horse race & wrestling). Doesn't happen with other activities for me (hunts and feasts so far).

I confirm the same issue with an archery competition tournament. Only reloading the game seems to help so far.

Additionally, the save from above replicates the issue for me.

I am having the same issue here as well, no additional steps are having to be taken to reproduce it.

Reloading the game is the only way to fix it

Hi, after a quick search on the forum I just wanted to add that during a multiplayer session with my friend we are also both having the same ambient sound issue right after a tournament. The sound stops after reloading but will reappear as soon as a tournament finishes. We were using 2 mods, one is primigeniture without requirements and other one is counsellor skills. However after troubleshooting, the issue persists during a new game without any mods too.
 
I'm extremely disappointed to see that this bug still hasn't been fixed with the newest patch.. This bug makes the game nearly unplayable cause the ambience is way too distracting and persists indefinitely with no fix.
