Next weekend, same time? Hopefully Shuma will have his internet configured by then and CSK should be able to play, along with Ganso and any other newcomers.
I do have an autosave from roughly 11 months back (which is very fortunate considering the last manual save was 4 years or so before that). I'll convert it into a manual save so I don't accidently save over it and we can start from there during the next session.
Great job everyone! One helluva session, if I may say so myself.

Well guys here's what happened: I had a CTD and I went and had dinner. As I was having dinner with the wife she said she had to go pick up some stuff at the car, I said ok, she comes back with my entire family. You see, i'm now (( of October) 25 years old and they decided to throw a secret "at midnight" party that started after dinner.

Happy birthday! You missed quite a bit of excitement, not least fas's acquisition of the Rus crown through less than...um...honorable means. Your duchy joined in with Norway and England for a war against Scotland that dragged on for the better part of a decade. I believe you control one or two provinces in Scotland, but nothing really changed over there for several years.

And to Russia, that's not that strange. In the Great Game II binTravkin had all of Russia and Cuman in 1090. He basically owned all from Georgia to Poland.

As some of you already know, we suffered a massive (as in, all of us) CTD during our last round and were unable to save. Fortunately I had autosave set to yearly; unfortunately, it was late December when the CTD occured. I've gone back and found the last autosave and changed the name (so I don't accidently save over it if I decide to play regular CK this week). The bad news is that we've lost our last 11 months of gameplay. The good news is that nothing has really changed (Germany and Rus are at war, rsobota is still King of Aragon, etc.). The really good news is that Germany is still elective (wohoo! Now I'm just hoping that it's not an in-game event that switches this, otherwise I'm screwed again). I have the save and will plan on hosting on Saturday if nobody has any objections (it was pretty stable with the exception of that last CTD). If for some reason I can't make it, I'll send it to Fas as he's hosted in the past.
Sorry, but just next Saturday or other date. Do you want to register and play? Provided you have time, you can play.Polska1 said:
I've noticed that other MP games tend to post their most recent save file publicly for what I can only imagine to be a plethora of reasons (give every player the same opportunity to poke around the game as the save holder, allow potential players to take a look around and decide if they would like to play, etc.). As a result I am hereby posting a link to the save file for anyone's and everyone's use. I strongly encourage all future holders of the save file to do the same following the end of the session.
