Actually that's a huge change, as a few weeks before the CTD, I'd managed to win the war with Germany, and make peace (albeit it wasn't a big victory, but when fighting the Germans, any victory is good).

I expect I can replicate this feat though...

I'm currently away from CK and maybe will come only at Saturday afternoon. I'll probably be able to play the game, but don't wait for me to start it.
 
I should be there & on time on Saturday.

I've been busy as hell this week, and the weekend isn't looking any better. I'll try to make it though, and will let you know a few hours prior to kickoff.

Which time zone are you in? It'll be 1000 CST (which I believe is 1500 GMT, although it is quite possible that I'm wrong).

I just had a terrible thing happen to me: virus and complete and utter corruption of all the data in my drive.
I've now formatted my PC and i'm going to install, patch and mod my CK so you guys can count on me this saturday ;)

Question: the bundled pack Shuma did, is it working OK?

Everyone seems to be suffering from hd wipes these days. Yikes. Anyways, I used the bundled pack by Shuma and it worked fine, so it'll probably work for you.

Ok, so 4 definites, 3 maybes? We could have a good turnout tomorrow. I'm stoked!
 
Oh and btw, i'm happy to say that my wife is out visiting her mother which means that I could even start playing at 11:00 GMT and... well, not stop until we passed out over the keyboard. :D

:rofl: That was me last week and hell, we played for 7 hours! Good thing I can get a lot of studying done during the game, else I'd be screwed.

studying... hell no! I rushed like a maniac, its amazing that it was just on normal... hopefully next session I can be more calm and enjoy unparalelled expansion in Italy and ______________
 
Well, I suppose I could start playing at 11:00 GMT as well, but it would mean I definitely wouldn't complete last weeks AAR 'til after the game...

I couldn't do that. Unfortunatly. I have to play at my fathers place and it will take some time to get there and download the save. I'll post when I'm there so you guys know. If we then play earlier or not, I don't really mind.

Please post your AAR first fas. I really enjoyed your first installment so I'd love to read an update.
