thanks, AST is on a very good way now (i think i'll complete them in one of the next versions). i even introduced a new intelligence minister for AST, and the air force is complete already. so if you find somebody who could be added please let me know. just should be at least captain for the navy, brigadier for the army and air commodore for the air force.

Perhaps I should let you know that the two were actually identical twins birthed some years apart due to an extremely long delivery. Apparently the protracted labour proved so stressful to the biological father that he successfully sued for divorce part way through the episode (failure to fulfil wifely duties) and the later twin adopted the name of his mother's new partner when she remarried. It seems the family's economic circumstances were so dire that well into his adulthood he was required to wear his elder brother's hand-me-downs - no doubt accounting for the similarities in dress sometimes noted by observers.
Or perhaps I should not. (Actually, I think I dredged up images for them for another project.)
I'll certainly give the Aussie file a once over and if I know of anyone who could usefully be added will get back to you with details.

Re: Japanese NAV bombers, I admit that I don't know them so well as other countries' aircraft but they seem to be rather ok to me. Of course, you might have some problems finding a picture for the extremely rare Kugisho Tenga... although it is said that some wizard once managed to provide a colour drawing for it

I would like to see ideas as to how to install this over 1.09. I know it only changes a few events, but it adds a lot of ministers and leaders. I would hope that there could be some way of reconciling the two.
no real difference compared to 1.08. you extract it to desktop, move the CSVs in and the pics in. done.
a bit more complicated is eg GER where you have to replace the dormant leaders in the scenario.inc and the anschluss event. very simple.
FRA is the same, even easier - just replace vichy_new.txt in the events folder.
SOV: disable the purge event manually and drop the new events in. link it in the scenario.eug
the smaller ones and eg USA are jjust things of copy-paste really. i only mod the absolutely necessary. event-wise.
i also play vanilla mainly.

What I would like to see is AoD in color and 1.09 using duplicate leader, minister and leader files. Both of you have done excellent work there.
