I'm experiencing the same problem, Uandwhosearmy - both in the sense that I can't download his files, and that the Tripartite Pack is currently down.
The issue is related to Gamefront - hopefully, just a temporary site maintenance, after which all the files will be available again (well, I hope so, at least :unsure: ).

sorry i'm not at home during september and i dont have it with me. maybe some of the downloaders can up v29 somewhere else and post a link here. its not my account - as mentioned by Titan its a problem of gamefront.

its actually meant to become a div ill (DH uses this one and i liked it). however if you shrink it too much all cool details get lost like the sleeping guy in background. so i thought i post it here for fun. and there arent too many chain dog pics online.

v30 is out, SOV is (almost) completely corrected and coloured, with an overhauled/corrected event chain for the purges and some other events (860 pics in colour for SOV).

appr 200 generals have been replaced as they were either dead, double or fighter aces or scientists and no generals. these positions are now covered with real generals from that era (including post war admirals - esp. submarine rear admirals). NKVD generals are marked while the worst ones left the file.

thanks, finding soviet leaders can be a silly work, especially the wrong ones; so calling this one "SU improved" is definately no overstatement, no matter if one likes the paitings or not. and personally i was mad fighting a person i a wheel chair when i play germany.
no, vanilla soviet union lol - and btw - soviet airborne guys for ills are hard to get
