Their skyscraper is quite hard to scale... But once in a while you might spot Paradoxians out on the town. Saw Johan at Strand (a nightclub) at few weeks ago.

Besides Multiplayer Games and going to a pub after work, do you guys at Paradox make other things together, like playing soccer or basketball?
